Abstract
The multifunctional garment or trappings and the method of the present invention includes at least one article, wherein the article has one or more of detachable connecting components, the detachable connecting components not only connect the different parts of the article, but also connect two or more articles, so that the multifunctional garment or trappings is adapted to be rearranged to change the style or the connection. The article further has one or more of openings and adjustable members, wherein one or more of connecting means are provided at the openings of the article, so that the multifunctional garment or trappings has a variety formations of styles or functions through several manners such as mutual fastening, detaching, flexing, or opening or closing the openings at the article.
Description
- 1. Field of Invention
- The present invention relates to a garment, and more particularly to a multifunctional garment or trappings and the method of manufacturing thereof, wherein the garment has variety of formations of styles or functions.
- 2. Description of Related Arts
- Currently on the market has the common transformation clothing including the following types:
- 1. A trousers having a partially detachable trouser legs and a long-sleeves top having a partially detachable sleeves, wherein the trousers becomes a shorts by detaching the detachable portion of the trouser legs, wherein the long-sleeves top becomes a short-sleeves top by detaching the detachable portion of the long-sleeves top.
- 2. A top having a detachable sleeves, wherein the top becomes a sleeveless top by detaching the detachable sleeves.
- 3. A top or a jacket having a collar for receiving a cap coupling with the top or jacket, wherein the cap is detachably coupling with the collar so that the cap is able to be detached from the collar or stored in the collar.
- 4. A double layers clothing such as a double layers windbreaker which has a detachable inner layer detachably coupling with a outer layer of the windbreaker, so that the inner layer and outer layer can be separated into two jackets with two different styles or combined together to provide a warmer windbreaker.
- 5. Clothing which can be folded into a bag or a backpack.
- 6. Clothing having a configuration capable of being transformed into relatively smaller clothing, for instance, a large shopping bag capable of being folded to small bag.
- 7. Some clothing having an inexplicit styles, for example, a top having a large collar which can be pulled down to waist, so that the blouse can be wear as a skirt by pulling down the collar to waist.
- 8. A rectangular shawl which is able to put on as a coat by buttoning up its two ends or it is able to be wrapped at the waist as a skirt.
- The clothing of the
1, 2, and 3 have the drawbacks as followings: while the trouser legs or the sleeves are partially detached, the main parts thereof remain unchanged and still the same type as the original clothing, i.e. the trousers and shorts both are pants, and long-sleeves and short-sleeves tops are both a kind of top. The only different is the length of the trousers and the sleeves. On the other hand, the detachable portions are useless after detached from the main clothing.above types - The clothing of the
above type 4 does not have any alterations to either the inner layer or outer layer, and the overlapping of inner and outer layer thereof actually are producing a single clothing with double articles and working process. - The clothing of the
above types 5 and 6 are folded into the bag or backpack reduced the actual space of the bag or backpack so as to reduce the capacity of the bag or backpack, also the folded portion of the clothing usually needs more than 50 percent extra article of the clothing, it is a waste of the article. Besides, the type of clothing only designed for a top, a pair of pants, or a skirt to be folded into a bag in a singular way. - The clothing of the above type 7 has an inexplicit clothing design, and it is hard to determine the style and the function of the clothing with respect to its appearance before putting it on the human body.
- The clothing of the
above type 8 has limited styles and transformations. - Besides, the current clothing itself does not have many different changes before combining with other products. Even if there are some changes, it's usually no more than three changes.
- A main object of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional garment or trappings which can be put on in different ways, wherein the multifunctional garment or trappings can change its styles and functions by rearranging the clothing itself, so that the clothing has a plurality of styles and functions.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of multifunctional garment or trappings.
- Accordingly, in order to accomplish the above objects, the multifunctional garment or trappings of the present invention comprises at least one article, wherein one or more detachable connecting components are provided at the article, so that the article can be rearranged by the detachable connecting component connecting the different parts of the article or connecting between two articles, such that the detachable connecting components can change the formation of the article or the connection between two or more articles.
- An adjustable member is provided at the article for adjusting the dimensions of the article where the adjustable member is located, wherein the adjustable member can be a string, a rubber band, or other components having the expand, contract, or adjustable property. On the other hand, the multifunctional garment or trappings can be made by an adjustable member or adopts the adjustable producing method, wherein the article itself has the expanded and contracted quality to flexibly adjust the dimension of the article, so that the article needs no extra adjustable member to adjust the size of the article in this situation.
- An opening is further provided at the article so that the article could be opened and closed by the opening and closing connection means, wherein the opening and closing connection means can be a button, a zipper, a Velcro or other connecting means. Alternatively, a producing method can replace the opening for retaining the article in an open or a close position.
- Wherein, the detachable and connecting components can be any components which are able to detachably connect the different parts of the article or more than two pieces of the articles, or the connecting components can be a detachable producing method for connecting the different parts of the article or more than two pieces of the articles, in such manner of repeatedly detaching and connecting, the multifunctional garment or trappings can realize not only the detachment or connection between different parts of the same article but also the detachment or connection between different pieces of the article. In particular, the connecting means and the detachable connecting component can be alternated in a such a manner that when the connecting means and the detachable connecting component are used for retaining the opening between the open and close position, the connecting means and the detachable connecting component become the opening and closing connection means. Likewise, the connecting means and the detachable connecting component becomes the detachable connecting means when the connecting means and the detachable is used for detachably connecting different parts of one article or detachably connecting two or more articles. Accordingly, the detachable connection member could be a button, a zipper, a Velcro or any other means having similar connection capability. Besides, the detachable connecting components can be directly formed by producing method such that it can be detached or connected as desired. Therefore, the detachable connecting components are able to be repeatedly fastened and detached the pieces of articles and change the configuration of the pieces of articles, so as to change the formations of the multifunctional garment or trappings which are formed by at least one piece of article.
- Wherein, the opening of the garment or trappings of the present invention is usually provided at a multifunctional opens. For instance, the opening is provided at the waist open, trouser legs, collar/neckline, sleeves/armholes or the peripheral of the sleeves. Besides, the openings are also provided at the opens which are formed by any producing methods. In the other words, the openings can be formed by the producing methods such as sewing, binding, weaving, or other manufacturing method. The openings have different functions as the changing of the multifunctional garment or trappings, for instance, an opening can be a collar or neckline of a first style and a cuff of a sleeve of a second style of the multifunctional garment, or an opening of a pair of pants can also be a sleeve/armhole opening when the pants transformed to a top.
- The garment of the present invention includes tops, vests, dress, jackets, shorts, trousers, pants, hat, bags, scarves, shawls, gloves, belts, turbans, and bracelets etc.
- The manufacturing method of producing the multifunctional garment or trappings comprises at least one piece of article, wherein one or more detachable connecting components, one or more adjustable members, and/or one or more openings are provided at the multifunctional garment or trappings.
- Through the mutual fastening, detaching, elasticity, or opening manners, the multifunctional garment or trappings can be changed into many different styles and have many different connecting ways between the articles.
- As the multifunctional garment or trappings of the present invention provides the detachable connection, adjustable structure, and the opening manners, one article of multifunctional garment or trappings can connect the different parts of the article, or connect the plurality of articles through the mutual fastening, detaching, elasticity, or opening manners so as to form lots of different styles and functions of the clothing. The multifunctional garment not only can have a wide range of styles and functions through one of the mutual fastening, detaching, adjustable or opening manners, but also can through two or more than two of the above manners to have plurality of styles and functions. Thus, the user can follow a designer's instructions as a reference to rearrange the multifunctional garment or trappings through mutual fastening, detaching, adjustable or opening manners to form different styles and functions, and also, the user can create more different styles of the multifunctional garment according to their personal preference.
- Thus it can be seen that the manufacturing method of the multifunctional garment or trappings of the present invention creates many styles of the clothing. Compare to the present skills of the prior arts, the multifunctional garment or trapping of the present invention has the following advantages:
- First, according to the present invention, the multifunctional garment or trapping is able to be changed to either upper clothing such as tops, or lower clothing such as pants. The detached parts of the multifunctional garment or trapping can be also formed as another styles or functions of the clothing.
- Second, according to the present invention, the multifunctional garment or trapping can made by only one piece of article and the manufacturing method to accomplish the multipurpose uses of the multifunctional garment or trapping, so that the multifunctional garment can maximum the use of resources.
- Then, according to the present invention, the multifunctional garment or trapping is able to change in a variety of functions. For instance, one of the multifunctional garments or trappings can be transformed into a pair of pants, a bag, skirt, or a top, so that the product of the multifunctional garment or trapping includes all the functions of those clothing.
- Furthermore, the multifunctional garment or trapping of the present invention could be avoided wasting article while folding the clothing to another formation, wherein the folded portion while folding to another style or function of the clothing is less than 25% of the entire article of the multifunctional garment or trapping, so that we can use the same one article of the clothing to form many different functions and uses to maximize the use of resources, such that it can avoid the unnecessary extra article for folding the clothing. In the other hands, the detached parts of the multifunctional garment or trapping have another different styles or functions through changing its formations. Also, in some circumstances the detached parts of the multifunctional garment or trapping itself are the other clothing without through any changes. Moreover, any changes of the multifunctional garment or trapping of the present invention can be clearly distinguished its styles and functions in a two-dimensional respect such as hanging or plat the clothing or three dimensional respects such as warn on a human's body. Thus, each of the variable changes of the multifunctional garment or trapping has clear styles and functions.

FIG. 1 of the drawings, a multifunctional garment or trappings according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein the multifunctional garment or trapping comprises anarticle 1 having one or more detachable connecting components, wherein each of the detachable connecting component comprises afirst zipper 19 a and asecond zipper 19 b, wherein the detachable connecting component is provided vertically along the vertical direction of thearticle 1 to divide thearticle 1 into two parts. Thearticle 1 further comprises an adjustable member provided at the upper peripheral edge of thearticle 1, wherein therubber band 8 forms as the adjustable member in the first preferred embodiment and penetrated through the upper peripheral edge of thearticle 1, as shown in the partially enlarged drawing ofFIG. 1 a. The two side parts of thearticle 1 of clothing have two openings symmetrically provided at the lower portion of the two side parts, and a plurality of first, second, third, and fourth connecting means 17 a, 17 b, 17 c, 17 d. Accordingly, the first and third connecting means 17 a, 17 c are preferably embodied as buttons while the second and fourth connecting means 17 b, 17 d are preferably embodied as buttonholes corresponding to the first and third connecting means 17 a, 17 c. Moreover, thearticle 1 of clothing vertically provides two opening 19 e and 19 f for adjusting the width of thegaps article 1, such that the width of thearticle 1 is reduced by closing the two opening 19 e and 19 f, so as to overlap the material between the two openinggaps 19 e, 19 f. Another two openings are symmetrically provided at the upper portion of the two side parts of thegaps article 1 of clothing, wherein athird zipper 19 c, afourth zipper 19 d and afifth zipper 19 g, asixth zipper 19 h of connecting means are provided at the openings respectively. One of the third and 19 c, 19 d and fifth andfourth zippers 19 g, 19 h is illustrated to zoom in as shown insixth zippers FIG. 1 b. A plurality of fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth connecting 17 e, 17 f, 17 g, 17 h are further provided at the lower portion of the two side parts of themeans article 1. Accordingly, the fifth and seventh connecting means 17 e, 17 g are buttons while the sixth and eighth connecting 17 f, 17 h are buttonholes.means - Accordingly, the first preferred embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of formations. The followings list some formations and instructions of the multifunctional garment of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention:
- A first formation of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: zip up the first and
19 a, 19 b of the piece ofsecond zippers article 1, and buckle up parts of the first connecting means (buttons) and second connecting means (buttonholes) 17 a, 17 b of the lower opening of the side parts of thearticle 1 and the third connecting means (buttons) and fourth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 c, 17 d of the lower opening of the other side parts. The third and 19 c, 19 d and fifth andfourth zippers 19 g, 19 h of the upper openings of the side parts of thesixth zippers article 1 are zipped up. Moreover, through adjusting therubber band 8 of the top peripheral edge of thearticle 1 to a size fitting a waist of human, thearticle 1 of the multifunctional garment becomes a skirt as shown inFIG. 1 d, wherein the opening and connecting means of one side of the two side parts is partially illustrated as shown inFIG. 1 e. The transition of the formation ofFIG. 1 d is illustrated inFIG. 1 c. - A second formation of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the skirt of
FIG. 1 d, the third and 19 c, 19 d and is fifth andfourth zippers 19 g, 19 h of the upper openings of the side parts of thesixth zippers article 1 are unzipped to open the upper openings so as to form two armholes openings, then adjust therubber band 8 that is suitable for the size of the neckline. The first and 19 a and 19 b of the detachable connecting component can be the centre front zipper for unzipping the first andsecond zippers 19 a and 19 b to evert the neckline. According to the above steps, a vest is formed as shown insecond zippers FIG. 1 f. - A third formation of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the skirt of
FIG. 1 d, a top is formed by flipping over the skirt, wherein in the bottom peripheral edge of thearticle 1 is on the bottom of the top, and adjust therubber band 8 to a waist size of the top. The fifth connecting means (buttons) and sixth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 e, 17 f and the seventh connecting means (buttons) and eighth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 g, 17 h are buckled to form a neckline. Some of the first connecting means (buttons) and second connecting means (buttonholes) 17 a, 17 b and third connecting means (buttons) and fourth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 c, 17 d of lower portion of the side parts of the skirt are buckled up to form two sleeve openings of the top. According to the above steps, the top is formed as shown inFIG. 1 h, wherein the decomposition diagram of the formation of the top is shown asFIG. 1 g. - A fourth formation of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the skirt of
FIG. 1 d, a pair of trousers is formed by buckling the first connecting means (buttons) 17 a and the fourth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 d, and buckling the second connecting means (buttonholes) 17 b and the third connecting means (buttons) 17 c of other side parts of the skirt, so as to form two trouser legs. The waist size of the trouser is adjusted by therubber band 8. The first and 19 a, 19 b, the third andsecond zippers 19 c, 19 d, and the fifth andfourth zippers 19 g, 19 h are zipped up, so that the trouser is formed as shown insixth zippers FIG. 1 j, wherein the decomposition diagram of the formation of the top is shown asFIG. 1 i. - A fifth formation of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: two pairs of the above trousers of
FIG. 1 j are connected to form a jacket, wherein the first and 19 a and 19 b are mutually zipped up between the two pair of trousers to form a top, wherein one of the trouser legs of each pair of trousers is formed a sleeve, and the other of the trouser legs is connected to the other pair of trouser to form the front and back panel of the jacket body having a tubular shape. Moreover, through zipping up the two openingsecond zippers 19 e and 19 f, the sleeve can be adjusted to a suitable size. The size of the neckline is able to be adjusted by the twogaps rubber bands 8 of the two pairs of trouser. Finally a top jacket is formed as shown inFIG. 1 m. - A sixth formation of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: another style of a second top is formed by connecting two of the skirt of
FIG. 1 d, wherein two lower parts of the two skirt are formed the main part of the second top. The details is described as follows: one of the connecting means 17 a, 17 b, 17 c, and 17 d are fastened with the other connecting means 17 a, 17 b, 17 c, and 17 d of the side parts of the skirt as shown inFIG. 1 n. It is worth mentioning that the connecting means 17 a, 17 b, 17 c, and 17 d are formed in pairs matching with each other for connection. Two sleeves are formed by tiding therubber bands 8 of the two skirts, so that another style of the second top is formed as shown inFIG. 1 o. - Referring to
FIG. 2 of the drawings, a multifunctional garment or trappings according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, whereinFIG. 2-1 is shown the view from different angles ofFIG. 2 , wherein the multifunctional garment or trappings comprises afirst article 1 and asecond article 2.FIG. 2-2 shows the sectional view of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention. Accordingly, thefirst article 1 has an approximate barrel shape, wherein a 18 a, 18 b of the adjustable member is provided at the lower peripheral part of therubber band first article 1, wherein afirst zipper 19 a and asixth zipper 19 f of the detachable connecting components is provided at the lower edge of thefirst article 1. Two sides of thefirst article 1 have asecond zipper 19 b, athird zipper 19 c, afourth zipper 19 d, and afifth zipper 19 e of the detachable connecting components. Aneleventh zipper 29 a and atwelfth zipper 29 b are provided at the upper opening of thesecond article 2 and respectively matched with thefirst zipper 19 a and thesixth zipper 19 f as shown inFIG. 2-3 . Two openings are provided at the two side of thesecond article 2, wherein a plurality of first connecting means (buttonholes) 27 a, second connecting means (buttons) 27 b, third connecting means (buttonholes) 27 c, and fourth connecting means (buttons) 27 d are provided thereat. Athirteenth zipper 29 c, afourteenth zipper 29 d, afifteenth zipper 29 e, asixteenth zipper 29 f, aseventeenth zipper 29 g, and aneighteenth zipper 29 h are further provided at thesecond article 2. - Accordingly, the second preferred embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of formations. The followings list some formations and instructions of the multifunctional garment of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention.
- A first formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: zip up the second and
19 b, 19 c and fourth andthird zippers 19 d, 19 e of the openings of thefifth zippers first article 1. Moreover, thefirst article 1 is connected with thesecond article 2 by zipping up the first and 19 a, 29 a and the sixth andeleventh zippers 19 f, 29 b. Further, thetwelfth zippers thirteenth zipper 29 c, thefourteenth zipper 29 d and the fifteenth and 29 e, 29 f provided at the two sides of thesixteenth zippers second article 2 are zipped up, so that the multifunctional garment of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention turns into a skirt as shown inFIG. 2 a, wherein a view of the formation of the skirt is illustrated inFIG. 2 a-1. - A second formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the skirt of
FIG. 2 a, the second and 19 b, 19 c and the fourth andthird zippers 19 d, 19 e of the side openings of thefifth zippers first article 1 are unzipped for formatting two armholes openings, so that the above skirt of the multifunctional garment is changed to a first style top as shown inFIG. 2 b. - A third formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above first style top, an adjusting
band 18 of the adjustable member is provided at the top peripheral opening of thefirst article 1, wherein a collar of the top opening can be adjusted to a suitable size of the neckline through the adjustingband 18 so as to form a second style top as shown inFIG. 2 c. - A fourth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above second style top of
FIG. 2 c, the second and the 19 b, 19 c and the fourth andthird zippers 19 d, 19 e of the side openings of thefifth zippers first article 1 are zipped up, and the thirteenth and 29 c, 29 d, the fifteenth andfourteenth zippers 29 e, 29 f, and the seventeenth andsixteenth zippers 29 g, 29 h of theeighteenth zippers second article 2 are zipped up, so that a large bag is formed. Therubber band 18 becomes a hand-held part of the bag as shown inFIG. 2 d. - A fifth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the skirt of
FIG. 2 a, the fifth connecting means (buttonholes) and sixth connecting means (buttons) 27 e, 27 f of the lower peripheral edge of the skirt is fastened to form a shoulder part of a third style top and defined a neck opening therebetween, the first connecting means (buttonholes) and second connecting means (buttons) 27 a, 27 b and the third connecting means (buttonholes) and fourth connecting means (buttons) 27 c, 27 d of the lower side parts of thesecond article 2 of the skirt are opened for formatting two sleeve openings, the waist part of the skirt is turned to the waist of the third style top. Therefore, the third style top is formed as shown inFIG. 2 e, wherein the transition of the formation of the third style top is shown inFIG. 2 e-1. - A sixth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the skirt of
FIG. 2 a, the first connecting means (buttonholes) and second connecting means (buttons) 27 a, 27 b and the third connecting means (buttonholes) and fourth connecting means (buttons) 27 c, 27 d of the lower side parts of the skirt are opened for rearranging, wherein the first connecting means (buttonholes) and fourth connecting means (buttons) 27 a, 27 d are fastened, and the second connecting means (buttons) and third connecting means (buttonholes) 27 b, 27 c are fastened, so that a pair of pants is formed as shown inFIG. 2 f, wherein a transformation process thereof is shown inFIG. 2 f-1. - A seventh formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the
first article 1 is independent for the seventh formation. Thefirst article 1 is reversed, wherein the second and 19 b, 19 c and the fourth andthird zippers 19 d, 19 e are zipped up. Afifth zippers first rubber band 18 a and asecond rubber band 18 b of the bottom of thefirst article 1 of the skirt are tided up to form the top portion of a hat. Moreover, the adjustingband 18 is adapted for adjusting a head circumference of the hat, so that the hat is formed as shown inFIG. 2 g, wherein theFIG. 2 g-s shows the transitional state of the hat formation. - An eighth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the
first article 1 is independent for the eighth formation. The first and 19 a, 19 f are zipped up to form a small bag with a hand-held portion formed by the adjustingsixth zippers band 18 of the adjustable member as shown inFIG. 2 h, wherein the transitional changes of the small bag is shown inFIG. 2 h-1. - A ninth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the
second article 2 is independent for the ninth formation, wherein asecond adjusting band 28 of the adjustable member provided at the top peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 is adapted for adjusting the size of the top peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 to fit the size of waist. Moreover, the thirteenth and 29 c, 29 d the fifteenth andfourteenth zippers 29 e, 29 f, are partially zipped, so that a short skirt is formed as shown insixteenth zippers FIG. 2 i. The transitional changes of the short skirt are shown inFIG. 2 i-1 andFIG. 2 i-2. - A tenth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above short skirt of
FIG. 2 i, the thirteenth and 29 c, 29 d, the fifteenth andfourteenth zippers 29 e, 29 f, and the seventeenth andsixteenth zippers 29 g, 29 h are zipped up, so that a medium-size bag is formed with a hand-held of theeighteenth zippers second adjusting band 28 as shown inFIG. 2 j. - An eleventh formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: another style of a top is formed by connecting two of the same skirt of
FIG. 2 a, as shown inFIG. 2 k-1, the twosecond articles 2 of the two skirts are connected together to form the main part of the top, wherein the connecting means (buttonholes and buttons) 27 a, 27 b, 27 c, and 27 d of the side parts of one of the skirts are fastened with the connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 27 b, 27 a, 27 d, and 27 c of the side parts of the other skirts. The adjustingbands 18 of thefirst articles 1 of the two skirts are tided to a size of the sleeve, so that the top is formed as shown inFIG. 2 k. - A twelfth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the two same
second articles 2 are adapted for the twelfth formation as shown inFIG. 2 l-1, similar to the method of the eleventh formation, the connecting means (buttonholes and buttons) 27 a, 27 b, 27 c, and 27 d of the side parts of thesecond article 2 are fastened with the connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 27 b, 27 a, 27 d, and 27 c of the side parts of the othersecond article 2. Moreover, thesecond adjusting bands 28 of the adjustable member of the twosecond articles 2 are tided up to a suitable size of the sleeves, so that the second vest is formed as shown inFIG. 21 . - A thirteenth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the two same
first articles 1 are adapted for the thirteenth formation as shown inFIG. 2 m-1, thefirst zipper 19 a is zipped up with thesecond zipper 19 b of theother article 1, wherein the twofirst articles 1 are sealed by the first and 19 a, 19 b. The adjustingsecond zippers bands 18 of the twofirst articles 1 are tided up, so that a second small bag is formed as shown inFIG. 2 m, wherein the adjustingbands 18 can be the hand-held of the second small bag. - A fourteenth formation of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: similar to the above thirteenth formation, the two same
first articles 1 are adapted for the fourteenth formation, wherein the first and 19 a and 19 b are partially zipped up to form an opening for a half-length coat, wherein the adjustingsecond zippers bands 18 of thefirst articles 1 are tided to adjust the size to the sleeves of the half-length coat as shown inFIG. 2 n. - Referring to
FIG. 3 of the drawings, a multifunctional garment or trappings according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein the multifunctional garment comprises five articles, i.e. afirst article 1, asecond article 2, athird article 3, afourth article 4, and afifth article 5, wherein thefirst article 1 has an approximate barrel shape having a top opening and two side openings provided at two side parts of thefirst article 1, wherein a plurality of first connecting means (buttons) 17 a, second connecting means (buttonholes) 17 b, third connecting means (buttons) 17 c and fourth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 d of the connecting means are provided at the lower side parts of thefirst article 1 respectively. Another two openings are symmetrically provided at the middle two side portion of thefirst article 1, wherein a plurality of detachable connecting components of afirst zipper 19 a, asecond zipper 19 b and afifth zipper 19 e, asixth zipper 19 f are perpendicularly provided along the two openings.FIG. 3 a-2 partially shows one of the two openings of thefirst article 1. An adjustingband 18 is provided at the top peripheral edge of the top opening of thefirst article 1. Athird zipper 19 c, and afourth zipper 19 d of the detachable connecting components are further respectively provided at the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1. Each of the second, third, fourth, and 2, 3, 4, 5 has an approximate rectangular shape, wherein anfifth articles eleventh zipper 29 a and atwelfth zipper 29 b are respectively provided at the top peripheral edge and bottom peripheral edge of thesecond article 2, wherein a plurality of eleventh connecting means (buttons) 27 a and twelfth connecting means (buttonholes) 27 b are respectively provided at two side parts of thesecond article 2. A twentyfirst zipper 39 a and twentysecond zipper 39 b are respectively provided at the top peripheral edge and bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3, wherein a plurality of twenty-second connecting means (buttons) 37 b and twenty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 37 a are respectively provided at two side parts of thethird article 3. Two 49 a and 49 b are respectively provided at the top peripheral edge and bottom peripheral edge of thezippers fourth article 4, wherein a plurality of thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a and thirty-second connecting means (buttonholes) 47 b are respectively provided at two side parts of thefourth article 4. A forty-first zipper 59 a and forty-second zipper 59 b are respectively provided at the top peripheral edge and bottom peripheral edge of thefifth article 5, wherein a plurality of forty-second connecting means (buttons) 57 b and forty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 57 a are respectively provided at two side part of thefifth article 5. - Accordingly, the third preferred embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of formations. The followings list some formations and instructions of the multifunctional garment of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention.
- A first formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: close the openings of the
first article 1 by zipping up the first and 19 a, 19 b, and the fifth andsecond zippers 19 e, 19 f of thesixth zippers first article 1, and then buckle the first and third connecting means (buttons) 17 a, 17 c with the second and fourth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 b, 17 d at the two lower side parts of thefirst article 1. Moreover, the eleventh connecting means (buttons) 27 a at thesecond article 2 are buckled with the twenty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 37 a at thethird article 3, and the twenty-second connecting means (buttons) 37 b at thethird article 3 are buckled with the twelfth connecting means (buttonholes) 27 b at thesecond article 2. The thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a at thefourth article 4 are buckled with the forty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 57 a at thefifth article 5, and the thirty-second connecting means (buttonholes) 47 b at thefourth article 4 are buckled with the forty-second connecting means (buttons) 57 b at thefifth article 5. Further, thethird zipper 19 c at the bottom part of thefirst article 1 is detachably zipped with theeleventh zipper 29 a at the top peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 and the twenty-first zipper 39 a at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3 are detachably zipped with theforth zipper 19 d at the bottom part of thefirst article 1. Thetwelfth zipper 29 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 and the twenty-second zipper 39 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3 are detachably zipped with the thirty-first zipper 49 a at the top peripheral edge of thefourth article 4 and the forty-first zipper 59 a at the top peripheral edge of thefifth article 5, so that a first skirt is formed by the above steps as shown inFIG. 3 a. A sectional view of the transition change of the first skirt is shown inFIG. 3 a-1. - A second formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the first skirt of
FIG. 3 a, the first and 19 a, 19 b and the fifth andsecond zippers 19 e, 19 f of the two side openings of thesixth zippers first article 1 are unzipped to open the openings so as to form two sleeve cuffs of a dress. The top opening of thefirst article 1 is adjusted to a suitable size of a collar of the dress by the adjustingband 18 at the top opening of thefirst article 1 as shown inFIG. 3 b. - A third formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above dress, the
twelfth zipper 29 b at the bottom peripheral edge ofsecond article 2 and the thirty-first zipper 49 a at the top peripheral edge of thefourth article 4 are unzipped, and the twenty-second zipper 39 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3 and the forty-first zipper 59 a at the top peripheral edge of thefifth article 5 are unzipped, so that thefourth article 4 and thefifth article 5 are detached from thesecond article 2 and thethird article 3 respectively. Therefore, a first top is formed as shown inFIG. 3 c. - A fourth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above first top, a second top is formed by constricting the adjusting
band 18 as shown inFIG. 3 d. - A fifth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the first and
19 a, 19 b and the fifth andsecond zippers 19 e, 19 f of the two side openings of thesixth zippers first article 1 are zipped up. The first, second, third, and fourth connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 17 a, 17 b, 17 c, and 17 d at the lower side parts of thefirst article 1 are unbuckled. Thethird zipper 19 c at the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1 and theeleventh zipper 29 a at the top peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 are zipped up to connect the first and 1 and 2. Thesecond articles zipper 19 d at the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1 and the twenty-first zipper 39 a at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3 are zipped up to connect the first and 1 and 3. The connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) at the two sides of thethird articles second article 2 andthird article 3 are unbuckled. Thetwelfth zipper 29 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 and the twenty-second zipper 39 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3 are partially zipped up to connect two ends of the bottom peripheral edges of the second and 2 and 3 to define a middle opening of a third top, so that the third top is formed as shown inthird articles FIG. 3 e. A sectional view of the transitional change of the third top is shown inFIG. 3 e-1. - A sixth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: buckle the thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a at the
fourth article 4 and the forty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 57 a at thefifth article 5 and buckle the forty-second connecting means (buttons) 57 b at thefifth article 5 and the thirty-second connecting means (buttonholes) 47 b at thefourth article 4, so that the fourth and 4 and 5 are detached from the above first skirt are connected to form a second skirt. Afifth articles second adjusting band 58 is further provided at the top peripheral edge of thefifth article 5, so that a waist size of the second skirt can be adjusted to a suitable size of the waist to form the second skirt as shown inFIG. 3 f. A sectional view of the transitional change of the second skirt is shown inFIG. 3 f-1. - A seventh formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above second skirt of
FIG. 3 f, unbuckled some connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) of the upper side parts of the fourth and 4 and 5, so that two cuffs of sleeves are formed so as to form a fourth top as shown infifth articles FIG. 3 g. - An eighth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above fourth top of
FIG. 3 g, athird adjusting band 48 a provided at thefourth article 4 and thesecond adjusting band 58 at thefifth article 5 are adapted for constricting the top peripheral edges of the fourth and 4 and 5 to form a fifth top as shown infifth articles FIG. 3 h. - A ninth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: buckle the thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a at the
fourth article 4 and the forty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 57 a at thefifth article 5 and buckle the forty-second connecting means (buttons) 57 b at thefifth article 5 and the thirty-second connecting means (buttonholes) 47 b at thefourth article 4. Moreover, the thirty-second zipper 49 b at the bottom peripheral edge offourth article 4 is zipped with the forty-second zipper 59 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thefifth article 5, so that a first bag is formed as shown inFIG. 3 i. Thethird adjusting band 48 a of thefourth article 4 and thesecond adjusting band 58 of the fifth article can be formed as the hand-held of the first bag. A sectional view of the transitional change of the first bag is shown inFIG. 3 i-1. - A tenth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the
fourth article 4 or thefifth article 5 is independent for the tenth formation. Take thefourth article 4 as an example, thethird adjusting band 48 a and thefourth adjusting band 48 b are respectively provided at the top peripheral edge and bottom peripheral edge of thefourth article 4. The thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a and the thirty-second connecting means (buttonholes) 47 b are buckled to form a main body of a second bag. Further, the third and fourth adjusting 48 a and 48 b are constricted to close two ends of the main body of the second bag, such that the second bag is formed as shown inbands FIG. 3 j. The third and fourth adjusting 48 a and 48 b are formed as the hand-held of the second bag. A sectional view of the transitional change of the second bag is shown inbands FIG. 3 j-1. - An eleventh formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the first skirt of the first formation, the
twelfth zipper 29 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 and the thirty-first zipper 49 a at the top peripheral edge of thefourth article 4 are unzipped to detach thefourth article 4 from thesecond article 2. The twenty-second zipper 39 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3 and the forty-first zipper 59 a at the top peripheral edge of thefifth article 5 are unzipped to detach thefifth article 5 from thethird article 3, so that a third skirt is formed as shown inFIG. 3 k. - A twelfth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above third skirt of
FIG. 3 k, thethird zipper 19 c at the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1 and theeleventh zipper 29 a at the top peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 are unzipped to detach thesecond article 2 from thefirst article 1. Thezipper 19 d at the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1 and the twenty-first zipper 39 a at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3 are unzipped to detach thethird article 3 from thefirst article 1, so that a shorter fourth skirt is formed as shown inFIG. 3 l. - A thirteenth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above fourth skirt of
FIG. 31 , the first and 19 a, 19 b and the fifth andsecond zippers 19 e, 19 f are zipped up to form a third bag as shown insixth zippers FIG. 3 m. - A fourteenth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the second or
2, 3 is independent for the fourteenth formation. Take thethird article second article 2 as an example, the eleventh connecting means (buttons) 27 a and the twelfth connecting means (buttonholes) 27 b at the two side part of thesecond article 2 are respectively buckled to form a cylinder shape having top and bottom openings. Afifth adjusting band 28 provided at the top peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 is adapted for constricting the top opening of the cylinder, wherein the periphery of the bottom peripheral edge is evert, so as to form a hat as shown inFIG. 3 n. A sectional view of the transitional change of the hat is shown inFIG. 3 n-1. Similarly, thethird article 3 can also form the same style hat. - A fifteenth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the second, third, fourth, and
2, 3, 4, 5 are used for the fifteenth formation, wherein the thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a at thefifth articles fourth article 4 are partially buckled with the forty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 57 a, wherein the thirty-second connecting means (buttonholes) 47 b at thefourth article 4 are partially buckled with the forty-second connecting means (buttons) 57 b at thefifth article 5, so that the fourth and 4, 5 are formed the main body of a sixth top so as to form two openings of sleeves. The eleventh and twelfth connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 27 a, 27 b at thefifth articles second article 2 are buckled to form a first sleeve and the twenty-first and twenty-second connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 37 a, 37 b at thethird article 3 are buckled to form a second sleeve. Moreover, a plurality of the thirteenth connecting means (buttonholes) 27 c and the fourteenth connecting means (buttons) 27 d are further provided at the bottom peripheral edge of thesecond article 2, so that the thirteenth connecting means (buttonholes) 27 c and the fourteenth connecting means (buttons) 27 d are respectively buckled with the thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a and the forty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 57 a, such that the first sleeve is detachably connected to the main body of the sixth top. A plurality of the twenty-third connecting means (buttons) 37 c and twenty-fourth connecting means (buttonholes) 37 d are further provided at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3, so that the twenty-third connecting means (buttons) 37 c and twenty-fourth connecting means (buttonholes) 37 d are respectively buckled with the forty-second connecting means (buttonholes) 57 b and the thirty-second connecting means (buttons) 47 b. Therefore, the second sleeve is detachably connected to the main body of the sixth top, so that the short-sleeves sixth top is formed as shown inFIG. 3 o. A sectional view of the transitional change of the sixth top is shown inFIG. 3 o-1. - A sixteenth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: zip up the first and
19 a, 19 b and the fifth andsecond zippers 19 e, 19 f of thesixth zippers first article 1. Buckle the first and second connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 17 a, 17 b, and buckle the third connecting means (buttons) 17 c and the forth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 d at the lower side parts of thefirst article 1. The eleventh and twelfth connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 27 a, 27 b at thesecond article 2 are buckled. The twenty-first and twenty-second connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 37 a, 37 b at thethird article 3 are buckled. The thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a and the thirty-second connecting means (buttonholes) 47 b at thefourth article 4 are buckled. The forty-second connecting means (buttons) 57 b and the forty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 57 a at thefifth article 5 are buckled. Moreover, thethird zipper 19 c at the bottom peripheral edge offirst article 1 and theeleventh zipper 29 a at the top peripheral edge ofsecond article 2 are zipped up. Zip up theforth zipper 19 d at the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1 and the twenty-first zipper 39 a at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3. Zip up thetwelfth zipper 29 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 and the thirty-first zipper 49 a at the top peripheral edge of thefourth article 4. Zip up the twenty-second zipper 39 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3 and the forty-first zipper 59 a at the top peripheral edge of thefifth article 5, so that a first pair of pants as shown inFIG. 3 p. A sectional view of the transitional change of the first pair of pants is shown inFIG. 3 p-1. - A seventeenth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above first pair of pants, unzip the
twelfth zipper 29 b at thesecond article 2 and the thirty-first zipper 49 a at thefourth article 4, and unzip the twenty-second zipper 39 b at thethird article 3 and forty-first zipper 59 a at thefifth article 5 to detach the fourth and 4, 5 from the second andfifth articles 2, 3 respectively, so that a shorter second pair of pants is formed as shown inthird articles FIG. 3 q. - An eighteenth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above second pair of pants of
FIG. 3 q, unzip thethird zipper 19 c at thefirst article 1 and theeleventh zipper 29 a at thesecond article 2, and unzip theforth zipper 19 d at thefirst article 1 and the twenty-first zipper 39 a at thethird article 3 to detach the second and 2, 3 from thethird articles first article 1, so that a shorter third pair of pants is formed as shown inFIG. 3 r. - A nineteenth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the first pair pants of
FIG. 3 p, the eleventh and twelfth connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 27 a, 27 b at thesecond article 2 are partially unbuckled. The connecting means 37 b, 37 a (buttons and buttonholes) at thethird article 3 are partially unbuckled. Moreover, the connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 17 a, 17 b, 17 c, and 17 d are unbuckled, so that an opening of a collar of is formed, so as to form a seventh top as shown inFIG. 3 s. A sectional view of the transitional change of the seventh top is shown inFIG. 3 s-1. - A twentieth formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the first pair of pants of
FIG. 3 p, all the connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) of the second, third, fourth, and fifth articles are unbuckled. Thetwelfth zipper 29 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thesecond article 2 and the thirty-first zipper 49 a at the top peripheral edge of thefourth article 4 are partially unzipped to form an arm opening which is for the arm going through the arm opening. Similarly, the twenty-second zipper 39 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3 and the forty-first zipper 59 a at the top peripheral edge of thefifth article 5 are partially unzipped to form another arm opening which is for the other arm going through the arm opening. Therefore, a shawl is formed after a serious of changes as shown inFIG. 3 t. A sectional view of the transitional change of the shawl is shown inFIG. 3 t-1. - A twenty first formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the first pair of pants of
FIG. 3 p, all the connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) of the first, second, and 1, 2, 3 are unbuckled. The connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) of the fourth andthird articles 4, 5 are remained buckled. Moreover, the adjustingfifth articles band 18 is adapted for adjusting the top opening of the first article to a suitable size of the neck, so that an eighth top is formed as shown inFIG. 3 u. A sectional view of the transitional change of the eighth top is shown inFIG. 3 u-1. - A twenty second formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above eighth top of
FIG. 3 u, the fourth and 4, 5 are respectively detached from thefifth articles second article 2 and thethird article 3 by unzipping the 29 b, 49 a and the twenty-twelfth zippers second zippers 39 b, and forty-first zippers 59 a. Unbuckle all the connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) at the first, second, and 1, 2, 3, so that a ninth top is formed as shown inthird articles FIG. 3 v. - A twenty third formation of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the above ninth top of
FIG. 3 v, connect the fourth and 4, 5 by respectively zipping up the thirty-first and thirty-fifth articles 49 a and 49 b at thesecond zippers fourth article 4 with the forty-first and forty- 59 a and 59 b at thesecond zippers fifth article 5. Further, the thirty-first connecting means (buttons) 47 a are buckled with the forth connecting means (buttonholes) 17 d at thefirst article 1 and the twelfth connecting means (buttonholes) 27 b at thesecond article 2. The forty-first connecting means (buttonholes) 57 a are buckled with the third connecting means (buttons) 17 c at thefirst article 1 and the twenty-second connecting means (buttons) 37 b at thethird article 3, so that a tenth top is formed as shown inFIG. 3 w. - Referring to
FIG. 4 of the drawings, a multifunctional garment or trappings according to a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein the multifunctional garment comprises four pieces of article, i.e. afirst article 1, asecond article 2, athird article 3, and afourth article 4, wherein the first and 1, 2 are identical and have the tubular shape. The third andsecond articles 3, 4 are identical and have the half-vest shape as shown infourth articles FIG. 4 b. Afirst zipper 19 a and asecond zipper 19 b of the detachable connecting components are provided at thefirst article 1, and aneleventh zipper 29 a and atwelfth zipper 29 b are correspondingly provided at thesecond article 2 corresponded to the first and 19 a and 19 b. The first andsecond zippers 1, 2 can be detachably connected by zipping thesecond articles first zipper 19 a andeleventh zipper 29 a, and zipping the 19 b and 29 b. Moreover, azippers third zipper 19 c and athirteenth zipper 29 c are respectively provided at the bottom peripheral edge of the first and 1, 2. Thesecond articles third article 3 provides a twenty-forth zipper 39 d at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3, wherein a twenty-third zipper 39 c is provided at the middle part of thethird article 3, wherein a twenty-first zipper 39 a and a twenty-second zipper 39 b are provided at the side parts of thethird article 3. Similarly, thefourth article 4 provides a thirty-forth zipper 49 d at the top peripheral edge of thefourth article 4, wherein a thirty-third zipper 49 c is provided at the middle part of thefourth article 4, wherein a thirty-first zipper 49 a and a thirty-second zipper 49 b are provided at the side parts of thefourth article 4. - Accordingly, the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of formations. The followings list some formations and instructions of the multifunctional garment of the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention.
- A first formation of the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: zip up the first and
19 a and 19 b at thesecond zippers first article 1, and zip up the eleventh and 29 a and 29 b at thetwelfth zippers second article 2. The twenty-first and twenty- 39 a and 39 b at the side parts of thesecond zippers third article 3 are zipped up and the thirty-first and thirty- 49 a and 49 b at the side parts of thesecond zippers fourth article 4 are zipped up. Further, zip up thethird zipper 19 c at the bottom part of thefirst article 1 and the twenty-third zipper 39 c at thethird article 3. Zip up thethirteenth zipper 29 c at the bottom part of thesecond article 2 and the thirty-third zipper 49 c at the fourth part of thefourth article 4, so that a pair of pants is formed as shown inFIG. 4 a. - A second formation of the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: zip up the first and
19 a, 19 b at thesecond zippers first article 1 and the twenty-forth zipper 39 d at thethird article 3. Zip up the eleventh and 29 a, 29 b and the thirty-twelfth zippers forth zipper 49 d at thefourth article 4. Zip up the twenty-first zipper 39 a at thethird article 3 and the thirty-first zipper 49 a at thefourth article 4. Zip up the twenty-second zipper 39 b at thethird article 3 and the twenty-second zipper 49 b at thefourth article 4, wherein the third and 3, 4 are connected to form a main body of a top, wherein the first andfourth articles 1, 2 are formed two sleeves of the top. Moreover, asecond articles first adjusting band 18 and asecond adjusting band 28 are respectively provided at the top peripheral edges of the first and 1, 2, so that the first and second adjustingsecond articles 18, 28 are adapted for adjusting a size of a collar of the top, such that the top is formed as shown inbands FIG. 4 d. A sectional view of the top is shown inFIG. 4 c. - Referring to
FIG. 5 of the drawings, a multifunctional garment or trappings according to a fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein the multifunctional garment comprises afirst article 1, asecond article 2, and athird article 3, As shown inFIG. 5 a, thefirst article 1 has a cylinder shape having a plurality of first connecting means (buttonholes) 17 a provided at the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1, wherein afirst rubber band 18 a of the adjustable member is provided at the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1, wherein asecond rubber band 18 b is provided at the top peripheral edge of thefirst article 1.FIG. 5 b shows a top view of thesecond article 2. According to theFIG. 5 b, thesecond article 2 has an opening provided at the central portion of thesecond article 2, wherein a plurality of connecting means are provided at the peripheral edge of the opening at the central portion ofsecond article 2, wherein athird rubber band 28 of the adjustable member is provided at the peripheral edge of the opening at the central portion ofsecond article 2. A plurality of eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, and 29 a, 29 b, 29 c, and 29 d of the detachable connecting components are provided at the peripheral edges of thefourteenth zippers second article 2. A plurality of eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, and fourteenth connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 27 a, 27 b, 27 c, and 27 d are provided at the peripheral edges of thesecond article 2. A plurality of twenty-first and twenty- 39 a, 39 b are respectively provided at the top peripheral edge and bottom peripheral edge of thesecond zippers third article 3, wherein afourth rubber band 38 a and afifth rubber band 38 b are further provided at the two side parts of thethird article 3 as shown inFIG. 5 c. - Accordingly, the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of formations. The followings list some formations and instructions of the multifunctional garment or trapping of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention.
- A first formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the first connecting means 17 a at the
first article 1 and the eleventh connecting means 17 b at an opening of thesecond article 2 are fastened to connect the first and 1, 2. The thirteenth andsecond articles 29 c, 29 d at thefourteenth zippers second article 2 and the twenty-first zipper 39 a at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3 are zipped up to detachably connect the second and 2, 3. The eleventh connecting means (buttonholes) 27 a and the twelfth connecting means (buttons) 27 b at thethird articles second article 2 are fastened to form a sleeve. The thirteenth connecting means (buttons) 27 c and the fourteenth connecting means (buttonholes) 27 d at thesecond article 2 are fastened to form another sleeve, so that a first top is formed as shown inFIG. 5 d. - A second formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the
second article 2 of the fifth preferred embodiment is independent for the second formation. Thesecond article 2 as shown inFIG. 5 b is vertically and symmetrically folded, wherein thethird rubber band 28 is constricted to close the central opening of thesecond article 2, wherein the twelfth and fourteenth connecting means (buttons and buttonholes) 27 b, 27 d are partially fastened to form a top opening of thesecond article 2, so that a first skirt is formed as shown inFIG. 5 g. The sectional views of the transitional changes of the first skirt are shown in theFIG. 5 e andFIG. 5 f. - A third formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: the
second article 2 of the fifth preferred embodiment is independent for the third formation. Thesecond article 2 is vertically and symmetrically folded, wherein the twelfth connecting means (buttons) 27 b and the fourteenth connecting means (buttonholes) 27 d are fastened, wherein the eleventh connecting means (buttonholes) 27 a and the thirteenth connecting means (buttons) 27 c are fastened to form a second top as shown inFIG. 5 i. The process of change of the second top is shown inFIG. 5 h. - A fourth formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention is described below: based on the second top of
FIG. 5 i, fasten the twelfth and fourteenth connecting means (button and buttonholes) 27 b, 27 d and the eleventh and thirteenth connecting means (button and buttonholes) 27 a, 27 c of the side parts of the second top. Theeleventh zipper 29 a and thetwelfth zipper 29 b at the bottom of the second top are zipped up, wherein thethird rubber band 28 are constricted to adjust the collar of the second top, so that a first bag is formed as shown inFIG. 5 j. - A fifth formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention described below: the
third article 3 is independent for the fifth formation, wherein the twenty-first zipper 39 a at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3 is partially zipped up to a size that is suitable for a waist of a skirt. Moreover, the fourth and 38 a, 38 b are tied to form a decoration, so that a second skirt is formed as shown infifth rubber bands FIG. 5 l. A sectional view of the transitional change of the second skirt is shown inFIG. 5 k. - A sixth formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention described below: the
third article 3 is independent for the sixth formation, wherein the twenty-first zipper 39 a at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3 and the twenty-second zipper 39 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3 are zipped up to form an opening of thethird article 3, wherein the fourth and 38 a, 38 b are adapted for adjusting the opening of thefifth rubber bands third article 3, so that a second bag is formed as shown inFIG. 5 o. The sectional views of the transitional changes of the second bag are shown inFIG. 5 m andFIG. 5 n. - A seventh formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention described below: the
third article 3 is independent for the seventh formation, wherein thethird article 3 is unfolded to a flat plane, wherein the twenty-first zipper 39 a at the top peripheral edge of thethird article 3 and the twenty-second zipper 39 b at the bottom peripheral edge of thethird article 3 are partially zipped up the two ends of the twenty-first and twenty- 39 a and 39 b, so that a shawl is formed as shown insecond zippers FIG. 5 q. - An eighth formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention described below: the
first article 1 is independent for the eighth formation, wherein thefirst rubber band 18 a is constricted to form a top of a hat, wherein the bottom peripheral edge of thefirst article 1 is formed a brim of the hat, so that the hat is formed as shown inFIG. 5 s. - A ninth formation of the fifth preferred embodiment of the present invention described below: based on the above hat of
FIG. 5 s, thesecond rubber band 18 b is constricted to close the brim of the hat, so that a third bag is formed as shown inFIG. 5 t. - Accordingly, the connecting means mentioned above are formed in pairs that one connecting means provided at the opening of one article matches with another connecting means provided at the opening of another article in order to couple the connecting means with each other for connecting the openings of the articles. The above mentioned examples illustrate that the connecting means are paired as buttons and buttonholes. It is appreciated that the connecting means can be paired as zippers, Velcro, or other components having the similar detachable open and close functions, such as snap buttons, magnetic buttons or hook and eyes, for selectively retaining said article between an open position and a closed position. Likewise, the detachable connecting components can be buttons, zippers, Velcro, and any detachably detached components formed by any producing ways. The adjustable members can be strips, rubber bands, adjusting bands, and other members having the similar elastic function.
- It is appreciated that the above mentioned connecting means and the detachable connecting component can be alternated. When the connecting means and the detachable connecting component are used for retaining the opening between the open and close positions, the connecting means and the detachable connecting component become the opening and closing connection means. Likewise, the connecting means and the detachable connecting component becomes the detachable connecting means when the connecting means and the detachable connecting component are used for detachably connecting different parts of one article or detachably connecting two or more articles. In other words, the detachable connecting means can be either the opening and closing connection means when the connecting means is used for the corresponding opening between the open and close position or the detachable connecting means for detachably connecting different parts of one article or detachably connecting two or more articles. The connecting means can be either the opening and closing connection means when the connecting means is used for the corresponding opening between the open and close position or the detachable connecting means for detachably connecting different parts of one article or detachably connecting two or more articles. Therefore, the opening and closing connection means or the detachable connecting means are formed depending on the locations of the article to achieve their corresponding functions.
- One skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting. The detachable connecting components, adjustable members, or connecting means of the multifunctional garments or trappings of the present invention can have variety changes and locations to accomplish the variable formations or functions of the multifunctional garment or trapping.
- It will thus be seen that the objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The embodiments have been shown and described for the purposes of illustrating the functional and structural principles of the present invention and is subject to change without departure from such principles. Therefore, this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and scope of the following claims.
Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional garment or trapping comprising: at least one article, wherein one or more detachable connecting components are provided at said article, wherein said detachable connecting components connect the different parts of one said article and/or connect two said articles to rearrange or recombine said article, so that said article of said multifunctional garment or trapping has variety styles and functions.
2. The multifunctional garment or trappings, as recited in claim 1 , wherein one or more of adjustable members are provided at said article.
3. The multifunctional garment or trappings, as recited in claim 2 , wherein one or more openings are provided at said article, wherein each of said openings is adapted to be selectively closed.
4. The multifunctional garment or trappings, as in claim 1 , 2 , or 3, wherein said detachable connecting components are selected from the group consisting of buttons, zippers, Velcro, and any detachably detached components formed by any producing ways.
5. The multifunctional garment or trappings, as recited in claim 3 , wherein one or more connecting means are provided at said openings.
6. The multifunctional garment or trappings, as recited in claim 5 , wherein said connecting means are selected from the group consisting of buttons, zippers, Velcro, and other components adapted for retaining said opening of said article between an open position and a closed position.
7. The multifunctional garment or trappings, as recited in claim 2 , wherein said adjustable members are selected from the group consisting of strips, rubber bands, elastic bands, and other members having the similar adjustable function.
8. The multifunctional garment or trappings, as recited in claim 2 , wherein said adjustable members are made of elastic or adjustable material, or use any producing ways to make the adjustable members have the elastic or adjustable properties.
9. The multifunctional garment or trappings, as recited in claim 7 , wherein said detachable connecting components are provided at a peripheral edge of said article.
10. A method of producing a multifunctional garment or trappings, comprising the steps of (a) providing at least one article, wherein said article has one or more detachable connecting components, one or more adjustable members, and/or one or more connecting means, and (b) changing the formations of styles or functions of said article in the manners such as mutual fastening, detaching, or opening to rearrange said article, so that a plurality of styles or configurations of said article are changed so as to change the connection of said article.
