    FIELD OF THE TECHNOLOGY
  • The present invention relates to a device for reeling and unreeling a power supply line, and more particularly, to a device for unidirectionally reeling and unreeling a power supply line.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE TECHNOLOGY
  • In related art, a power supply line for electrically connecting home appliances or office appliances, especially variable portable appliances such as a notebook, to a power supply is used by the following two modes: 1) one end of the power supply line with a certain length is connected to the appliances and the other end thereof is connected to a plug for electrically connecting to a socket when using the appliances; 2) a device for reeling and unreeling a power supply line is used to reel the power supply line for electrically connecting the appliances to the socket. In the first mode, the power supply line is in a state of disorder, and the power supply line tends to be contaminated and then becomes dirty. Since the length of the power supply line in the first mode is invariable, the power supply line can not adapt to the requirement of variable distances. Thus the device in the first mode is inconvenient and unsafe.
  • In the second mode, the variable devices for reeling and unreeling a power supply line in the prior art have mainly the following disadvantages:
  • 1. Most of the present devices for reeling and unreeling a power supply line are designed to be unreeled bidirectionally, and the bidirectionally unreeled portions of the power supply line have equal length, thereby the present devices can not meet the requirement of unidirectionally unreeling one end of the power supply line.
    2. Most of the present devices for reeling and unreeling a power supply line are designed to automatically and bidirectionally reel the power supply lines, which may result that the devices automatically reel the power supply lines when being occasionally touched, thus the appliances may be damaged or switched off suddenly.
    3. Most of the present devices for reeling and unreeling a power supply line can only be applied to related light-current products, due to the limited space of the present devices and a required toughness of the power supply line. Even though some of the devices can be used in heavy-current products, the volumes of these devices are too large to be convenient to carry.
    4. A clip means of the devices for reeling and unreeling a power supply line are abraded after a period of usage, thus the devices would become unusable, which would cause great waste.
  • Aiming at the above-mentioned disadvantages of the present devices for reeling and unreeling a power supply line, the designer developed a new type device for unidirectionally reeling and unreeling a power supply line.
