Abstract

A remote control chasing toy composed at least of an escaping article capable of moving actively, and at least a chasing article manipulated with a remote control device by a user. Wherein the escaping articles each has an ability to detect whether a chasing article gets close, when it detects that a chasing article gets close, it can automatically change its moving speed or direction, so that a user must manipulates more accurately in order that the chasing article can get the escaping article and to increase an effect of amusement of a game.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the invention
  • The present invention relates to a remote control chasing toy, and especially to a remote control chasing toy composed of at least an escaping article and at least a chasing article manipulated with a remote control device by a user.
  • 2. Description of the prior art
  • In the huge toy markets, most of various toys were designed mainly through imitation of real situations, for instance, serial products in relating to dolls developed mainly for the consumers of little girls or ladies or toys such as guns, remote control vehicles toys etc. developed mainly for the consumers of little boys or gentlemen are all developed by imitation of real situations to get shapes of toys near the practical contours of the real things.
  • Wherein the playing modes of some remote control vehicles allow users to use a remote controller to control the movement of the toys with the modeling of cars, by such controlling of movement of the toy cars in speed and direction, an effect of amusement is obtained.
  • Such conventional toy like remote control cars can be manipulated by a plurality of people to respectively control a remote control toy car to get the effect of amusement. Nevertheless, a person who plays a remote control car alone can not help feeling boring; particularly when a child fond of being in motion and fond of novel things normally leaves a remote control car aside after playing the latter a short period of time.
  • In view of this, the inventor of the present invention studied and developed a remote control chasing toy having an increased effect of amusement taking the conventional remote control toys as a basis.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to get the above object, the remote control chasing toy of the present invention comprises at least an escaping article capable of moving actively, and at least a chasing article manipulated with a remote control device by a user. In a game using the present invention, the escaping articles each has an ability to detect whether a chasing article gets close, when it detects that a chasing article gets close, it can automatically change its moving speed or direction, so that the user must manipulates more accurately in order that the chasing articles can get the escaping articles and to increase an effect of amusement of the game.
  • The escaping articles each has the ability to detect whether a chasing article gets close, and in practicing, each of the chasing articles is provided with an emitting unit that can emit radio signals; and the escaping articles each is provided with a receiving unit in cooperation with the emitting unit, and is provided with a CPU.
  • The CPU can judge whether a chasing article gets close to the escaping article according to whether a signal is received or according to the strength of the signal received. When it judges that a chasing article gets close to the escaping article, it automatically controls to increase the moving speed or change direction of the escaping article and automatically drives the escaping article away from the chasing article, and thereby the above object can be obtained.
  • And more, the CPU can be provided with a plurality of different programs in advance for controlling movement of the escaping article in speed and direction, and can be controlled by a user, for example: when the user sets a “highly hard mode” for the escaping article, and when the CPU judges a chasing article getting close to the escaping article, the high frequency of the CPU is used to control the mode of direction changing of the escaping article, so that the escaping article can get away from the chasing article rapidly.
  • Moreover, the escaping article has the ability to detect whether a chasing article gets close, and in practicing, it can be provided on the rear thereof with a distance inductor which can calculate the distance of a chasing article getting close based on the principle of receiving and emitting supersonic wave or radio electric wave, and send signals to the CPU, and then the CPU automatically controls to increase the moving speed or changes direction of the escaping article, and thereby the above object can be obtained.
  • The above mode of practicing not only can increase fun, but also can prolong the time that a product can attract a user to use.
  • The present invention will be apparent after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring firstly to FIG. 1, remote control chasing toy of the present invention comprises at least an escaping article 10 capable of moving actively, and at least a chasing article 30 manipulated with a remote control device 20 by a user. In the drawing, an escaping article 10 is in the shape of a rat, while a chasing article 30 is in the shape of a cat, when the user renders the chasing article 30 under the control of the remote control device 20 to chase the escaping article 10 which actively moves, a game of a cat chasing a rat can be attained.
  • In the game, the driving members for moving the escaping article 10 and the chasing article 30 are elements such as small motors that drive rollers and diverting units, these driving members are same as those used in conventional remote control vehicles and are not narrated further.
  • In the present invention, the escaping article 10 has an ability to detect whether a chasing article 30 gets close, when it detects that a chasing article 30 gets close, it can automatically change its moving speed or direction, so that the user must manipulates more accurately in order that the chasing articles 30 can get the escaping article 10 and to increase the effect of amusement of the game.
  • As shown in FIG. 2, in practicing, the ability that the escaping article 10 detects whether the chasing article 30 gets close is obtained by: the chasing article 30 is provided with an emitting unit 31 that can emit radio signals; and the escaping article 10 is provided with a receiving unit 11 in cooperation with the emitting unit 31, and is provided with a CPU 12. The CPU 12 can control the moving speed or direction by using the above stated driving members.
  • The CPU 12 can judge whether the chasing article 30 gets close to the escaping article 10 according to whether a signal is received or to the strength of the signal received by the receiving unit 11. When it judges that the chasing article 30 gets close to the escaping article 10, it automatically controls to increase the moving speed or changes direction of the escaping article 10 and makes the escaping article 10 automatically get away from the chasing article 30, so that the user must manipulates more accurately in order that the chasing articles 30 can get the escaping article 10 and to increase the effect of amusement of the game.
  • For example, when in practicing, the emitting unit 31 and the receiving unit 11 can be used to make the chasing article 30 emit radio signals using the principle of a transponder, when the receiving unit 11 receives the signals from the emitting unit 31, the CPU 12 can judge whether the chasing article 30 gets close enough to the escaping article 10.
  • Further when in practicing, signals emitted by the emitting unit 31 of the chasing article 30 are longer-acting-distance radio signals, the signals emitted by the emitting unit 31 and received by the receiving unit 11 can have larger and smaller strengths because of different acting distances, the CPU 12 can judge whether the chasing article 30 gets close to the escaping article 10 according to the strength of the signal received.
  • And more, the CPU 12 can be provided with a plurality of different programs in advance for controlling movement of the escaping article 10 in speed and changing direction, and the programs can be set by the user. The user can set the CPU 12 to have several sections for selection, for example it can have three sections including “easy mode”, “hard mode” and “highly hard mode”; when the user set the escaping article 10 at the “highly hard mode”, and when the CPU 12 judges that the chasing article 30 gets close to the escaping article 10, a higher frequency is used to control the mode of direction changing or speeding up of the escaping article 10, so that the escaping article 10 can get away from the chasing article 30 rapidly.
  • By the above stated mode of practicing with the division of hardness and easiness, not only fun can be increased, but also the time that a product attracts a user to play a game can be prolonged.
  • As shown in FIG. 3, in practicing the present invention, a set of toy can include more than one chasing article 30 and a plurality of remote control devices 20 in the number equal to that of the chasing articles 30; thereby several users can join a game together, each handles a chasing article 30 to chase an escaping article 10, thus fun of the whole game can be increased.
  • As shown in FIG. 4 which shows a third embodiment of the present invention, it is depicted in the drawing that an escaping article 10 has the ability to detect whether a chasing article 30 gets close, and in practicing, the escaping article 10 can be provided on the rear thereof with a distance inductor 40 which can calculate the distance between the chasing article 30 and the escaping article 10 based on the principle of receiving and emitting supersonic wave or radio electric wave, and send signals to the CPU 12, and then the CPU 12 automatically control to increase the moving speed or changes direction of the escaping article 10, and thereby the above object can be obtained.
  • The specification stated above and the drawings depicted is only for illustrating the present invention, it will be apparent to those skilled in this art that various equivalent modifications or changes in structure, assembling and features without departing from the spirit of this invention shall also fall within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (7)

1. A remote control chasing toy comprising:
at least an escaping article adapted to moving actively, said escaping article is provided with a receiving unit to receive radio signals, and is provided with a CPU adapted to controlling moving speed or direction of said escaping article, and
at least a chasing article manipulated with a remote control device by a user, said chasing article is provided with an emitting unit that emits said radio signals in cooperation with said emitting unit;
when said receiving unit receives signals from said emitting unit, and when said CPU judges that said chasing article gets close enough to said escaping article according to a signal received, said CPU changes moving speed or direction of said escaping article and drives said escaping article away from said chasing article.
2. The remote control chasing toy as in claim 1, wherein signals emitted by said emitting unit are longer-acting-distance radio signals, said signals emitted by said emitting unit and received by said receiving unit have larger and smaller strengths because of different acting distances, said CPU judges whether said chasing article gets close to said escaping article according to strength of said signals received.
3. The remote control chasing toy as in claim 1, wherein said CPU is provided with a plurality of programs in advance for controlling movement of said escaping article in increasing speed or changing direction.
4. The remote control chasing toy as in claim 1, wherein said CPU is set to have several sections for selection, for example it can have three sections including “easy mode”, “hard mode” and “highly hard mode”; each of said sections controls frequency of said escaping article for speeding up or direction changing of said escaping article.
5. A remote control chasing toy comprising:
at least an escaping article adapted to moving actively, said escaping article is provided with a CPU adapted to controlling moving speed or direction of said escaping article, and is provided on its rear with a distance inductor; and
at least a chasing article manipulated with a remote control device by a user;
when said chasing article gets close to said escaping article, said distance inductor sends signals to said CPU, and then said CPU changes moving speed or direction of said escaping article and drives said escaping article away from said chasing article.
6. The remote control chasing toy as in claim 5, wherein said distance inductor calculates distance of said chasing article getting close to said escaping article based on a principle of receiving and emitting supersonic wave.
7. The remote control chasing toy as in claim 5, wherein said distance inductor calculates distance of said chasing article getting close to said escaping article based on a principle of receiving and emitting radio electric wave.
