Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a suspension rack, and more particularly to a suspension rack for screwdrivers.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- A conventional suspension rack for screwdrivers comprises a main board, and a locking seat locked on a surface of the main board to attach a plurality of screwdrivers to the main board. Thus, the screwdrivers are locked solidly between the main board and the locking seat, thereby preventing the screwdrivers from being detached from the suspension rack freely and intentionally so as to achieve an anti-theft effect. However, the user has to buy all of the screwdrivers attached to the suspension rack and cannot select the desired screwdrivers according to the practical requirement, thereby greatly increasing the costs of consumption. In addition, the user has to break the suspension rack to take out the screwdrivers, so that the suspension rack is useless after removing of the screwdrivers, thereby wasting the suspension rack.
- The present invention is to mitigate and/or obviate the disadvantage of the conventional suspension rack for screwdrivers.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a suspension rack for screwdrivers, wherein the reduced neck of the handle of each of the screwdrivers is limited between the respective limit slot of the first plate and the respective passage of the second plate of the support seat, so that each of the screwdrivers is limited by the support seat, thereby preventing each of the screwdrivers from being detached from the support seat freely so as to achieve a temporary anti-theft effect.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide a suspension rack for screwdrivers, wherein the screwdrivers can be removed from the support seat after the support seat is detached from the main board for use with the user, so that the user can choose the desired screwdrivers without having to buy all of the screwdrivers and the suspension rack, thereby reducing the costs of consumption.
- A further objective of the present invention is to provide a suspension rack for screwdrivers, wherein the end portion of the handle of each of the screwdrivers is rested on and supported by the first plate of the support seat, and the shank of each of the screwdrivers is extended through the respective limit slot of the first plate and the respective passage of the second plate of the support seat to facilitate the user selecting and operating the screwdrivers.
- A further objective of the present invention is to provide a suspension rack for screwdrivers, wherein the suspension rack comprises a plurality of support seats to increase the number of the screwdrivers, thereby facilitating the user operating the screwdrivers.
- In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a suspension rack, comprising a main board, at least one support seat detachably mounted on a surface of the main board and having a first plate formed with a plurality of limit slots and a second plate spaced from the first plate and formed with a plurality of passages each aligning with a respective limit slot of the first plate, and a plurality of screwdrivers each having a handle supported by the first plate of the support seat, a reduced neck limited in a respective limit slot of the first plate and a shank extended through a respective passage of the second plate of the support seat.
- Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

Themounting seat 15 of themain board 10 is formed with a plurality ofinsertion holes 17 and a plurality oflocking holes 16 each connected to arespective insertion hole 17. Each of thelocking holes 16 of themounting seat 15 of themain board 10 is located under and has a diameter smaller than that of therespective insertion hole 17. Each of thesupport seats 20 has an end face formed with a plurality ofinsertion columns 27 each inserted into and detachably locked in arespective locking hole 16 of themounting seat 15 of themain board 10 and each having a distal end provided with an enlargedlocking portion 28 inserted through therespective insertion hole 17 of themounting seat 15 of themain board 10 and detachably locked on a peripheral wall of therespective locking hole 16 of themounting seat 15 of themain board 10. Thus, the suspension rack comprises a plurality ofsupport seats 20 to increase the number of thescrewdrivers 30. - Accordingly, the reduced
neck 32 of thehandle 31 of each of thescrewdrivers 30 is limited between therespective limit slot 22 of thefirst plate 21 and therespective passage 26 of thesecond plate 25 of thesupport seat 20, so that each of thescrewdrivers 30 is limited by thesupport seat 20, thereby preventing each of thescrewdrivers 30 from being detached from thesupport seat 20 freely so as to achieve a temporary anti-theft effect. In addition, thescrewdrivers 30 can be removed from thesupport seat 20 after thesupport seat 20 is detached from themain board 10 for use with the user, so that the user can choose the desiredscrewdrivers 30 without having to buy all of thescrewdrivers 30 and the suspension rack, thereby reducing the costs of consumption. Further, the end portion of thehandle 31 of each of thescrewdrivers 30 is rested on and supported by thefirst plate 21 of thesupport seat 20, and theshank 35 of each of thescrewdrivers 30 is extended through therespective limit slot 22 of thefirst plate 21 and therespective passage 26 of thesecond plate 25 of thesupport seat 20 to facilitate the user selecting and operating thescrewdrivers 30. Further, the suspension rack comprises a plurality ofsupport seats 20 to increase the number of thescrewdrivers 30, thereby facilitating the user operating thescrewdrivers 30. - Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
