Abstract
A multi-function hood is disclosed, comprising an inner layer and an outer layer that are stacked and connected with each other, and an opening is respectively formed on the bottoms of both, such that a space can be formed between the inner layer and the outer layer, otherwise, the inner layer can be made by various materials regarding to the selection of demand for having the additional functions with the hood.
Description
- The present invention relates to a hood, and more particularly to a multi-function hood, comprising a space is formed between the inner layer and the outer layer for being used to have additional functions with the hood.
- Generally, the hood is used for matching with the clothing and beautifying, however, the hood is getting more useful at present time, since there are more and more demands by people. Referring to the
FIG. 1 , a side view of a prior art clothing hood is showed. Theclothing hood 10 comprises abody portion 11 and ahood 13 integrated with each other. The user can wear thehood 13 on the head to keep out wind or rain during the windy or rainy day. - Referring to the
FIG. 2 , a three dimensional diagram of another prior art protective hood is showed. Theprotective hood 20 comprises ahelmet 21 and acover 23, wherein thecover 23 is disposed around the bottom of thehelmet 21. Thehelmet 21 can be made of a plastic material with a regular shape, and thecover 23 can be made of a canvas or a plastic cloth, therefore, aspace 22 can be formed between thehelmet 21 and thecover 23. Thecover 23 comprises aneye shield 25, which is used to watch the environment via theeye shield 25 that can be made of a transparent material or be as a meshed structure. - As the user wears the
protective hood 20, thehelmet 21 and thecover 23 can shelter the user's face and head from the outside to keep out bees or mosquitoes. Furthermore, the user can wear a long-sleeved clothing, a trouser, or a protective clothing that can be made of the same material with thecover 23 to protect the user's body. - The above-mentioned applications, regarding to the
helmet 21, thecover 23, the eye shield, theprotective hood 20, or the protective clothing, are used for guarding people and protecting from the bees or mosquitoes, however, these are limited to various application fields, which will be inconvenient for people. For example, the user cannot go around with theprotective hood 20 easily. Comparatively, theclothing hood 10 is more convenient, however, the function thereof is limited. - Accordingly, a novel hood for improving the function of the hood without increasing the weight and volume thereof is disclosed.
- It is a primary object of the present invention to provide a multi-function hood, wherein an opening is formed on the bottoms of the inner layer and the outer layer, and a space can be formed between the inner layer and the outer layer to add more functions with the hood.
- It is a secondary object of the present invention to provide a multi-function hood, wherein a connecting unit is used to connect the inner layer and the outer layer, and the inner layer can be replaced, such that the clothing hood can be with various different functions accordingly.
- It is another object of the present invention to provide a multi-function hood, wherein the hood can be connected with the body portion to be formed as a clothing hood for being portable and more convenient.
- To achieve the previous mentioned objects, the present invention provides a multi-function hood, comprising: an outer layer; and an inner layer stacking and connecting with the outer layer to be formed as the hood, wherein an opening is formed on the bottoms of the outer layer and inner layer, and a space is formed between the outer layer and the inner layer spontaneously.
- To achieve the previous mentioned objects, the present invention provides A multi-function hood, comprising: an outer layer; and an inner layer stacking and connecting with the outer layer by a connecting unit to be formed as the hood, wherein an opening is formed on the bottoms of the outer layer and inner layer, and a space is formed between the outer layer and the inner layer spontaneously.

FIG. 3A andFIG. 3B , respectively a front view diagram and a three-dimensional diagram of a preferred embodiment of the present invention regarding to a multi-function hood are showed. Themulti-function hood 30 comprises anouter layer 31 and aninter layer 33, and theouter layer 31 and theinner layer 33 can be stacked to be formed as thehood 30, wherein bothedges 32 of that are connected; for example, a stitch can be used to connect theedges 32 of theouter layer 31 and theinner layer 33. Thebottoms 311 of theouter layer 31 andinner layer 33 have anopening 351; for example, anopening 351 is formed on thebottoms 311 of theouter layer 31 and theinner layer 33 since thebottoms 311 are without stitching between theouter layer 31 and theinner layer 33 during the stitching process thereof, such that aspace 353 will be formed between theouter layer 31 and theinner layer 33 spontaneously. - In accordance with forming the
space 353 and changing differentinner layer 33, the function of thehood 30 can be increased. For example, theinner layer 33 can be ameshed structure 331, and the user's head and face can be insulated from the outside, as shown onFIG. 3B , the user is wearing thehood 30. Consequently, theouter layer 31 and themeshed structure 331 can protect the user's face and head from bees, mosquitoes, and flies. - A
fixed unit 37, such as buttons, Velcro, or zipper, can be set on thebottoms 311 of theouter layer 31 and theinner layer 33. Thefixed unit 37 can be used to shut theopening 351 on thebottom 311, and the shape of thehood 30 can be formed by the combination of theouter layer 31 and theinner layer 33. - An adjusting
unit 38, such as a strap or an elastic band, can be set on thebottom 311 of theouter layer 31 and/or theinner layer 33 to adjust the size of theopening 351, such that thehood 30 can suit various person, and the bees or mosquitoes can't enter thespace 353 of thehood 30 via theopening 351. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , a three dimensional diagram of another embodiment of the present invention is showed. Compared with thehood 30, theinner layer 43 of thehood 40 can be different structures; for example, theinner layer 33 of thehood 30 is ameshed structure 331, as shown onFIG. 3B , however theinner layer 43 of thehood 40 is awarming textile 431 in the embodiment, and at least onewatch aperture 433 can be formed on theinner layer 43, such that the user can watch the outside via thewatch aperture 433. Thewarming textile 431 and the outer layer 41 can form thehood 40 that can be as a warming mask. - In another embodiment of the invention, the material of the
inner layer 43 can be exchanged; for example, theinner layer 43 can be made of a wind stopper material, a sand stopper material, or a dust stopper material, and then thehood 40 can be respectively a wind stopper mask, a sand stopper mask, or a dust stopper mask. Furthermore, aneye shield 435 can be set on thewatch aperture 433; for example, theeye shield 435 can be made of a transparent material or a meshed material for protecting the user's eye. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , a front view diagram of another embodiment of the present invention is showed. Thehood 50 can be connected with thebody portion 59 to be formed as theclothing hood 10, as shown onFIG. 1 , wherein thebody portion 59 can a jacket, a long-sleeved clothing, a short-sleeved clothing, or a sleeveless jacket. - The
hood 50 can be connected with thebody portion 59 by a connectingunit 52, such as buttons, a Velcro, or zipper, such that thehood 50 can be a removable device. Of course, the stitch can be used to seam thehood 50 and thebody portion 59, and both can be connected together to be formed as a single device. - Referring to
FIG. 6A andFIG. 6B , respectively a front view diagram and a three-dimensional diagram of another embodiment of the present invention regarding to a multi-function hood are showed. Themulti-function hood 60 comprises anouter layer 61 and aninner layer 63, and both are connected each other by a connectingunit 62 to be formed ashood 60. Preferably, the connectingunit 62 can be disposed on the edges of theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63; for example, the connectingunit 62 disposed on the edges of theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63 can be a zipper, as shown onFIG. 6A . Of course, the connectingunit 62 also can be a button or a Velcro to connect theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63. - An
opening 651 can be formed on thebottoms 611 of theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63; for example, thebottoms 611 ofouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63 don't dispose the connectingunit 62 leading to form anopening 651 on the bottom 611. Therefore, aspace 653 can be formed between theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63 for various applications spontaneously. - In accordance with forming the
space 653 and changing differentinner layer 63 the function of thehood 60 can be increased. For example, theinner layer 63 can be ameshed structure 631, and the user's head and face can be insulated from the outside, as shown onFIG. 6B , the user is wearing thehood 60. Consequently, theouter layer 61 and themeshed structure 631 can protect the user's face and head from bees, mosquitoes, and flies. - A fixed
unit 67,such as buttons, Velcro, or zipper, can be set on thebottoms 611 of theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63. The fixedunit 67 can be used to shut theopening 651 on the bottom 611, and the shape of thehood 60 can be formed by the combination of theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63. Besides, the connectingunit 62 and the fixedunit 67 can be the same or different unit; for example, the connectingunit 62 and the fixedunit 67 both can be zipper. Therefore, the connectingunit 62 and the fixedunit 67 can be integrated into a single unit; for example, the connectingunit 62 and the fixedunit 67 that can be zipper are disposed on the edges and thebottoms 611 of theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63. - An adjusting
unit 68, such as a strap or an elastic band, can be set on thebottom 611 of theouter layer 61 and/or theinner layer 63 to adjust the size of theopening 651, such that thehood 60 can suit various person, and the bees or mosquitoes can't enter thespace 653 of thehood 60 via theopening 651. - Referring to
FIG. 7 , a three dimensional diagram of another embodiment of the present invention is showed. Theinner layer 73 of thehood 70 can be different from theinner layer 63 of thehood 60; for example, theinner layer 63 of thehood 60 is ameshed structure 631, as shown onFIG. 6B , but theinner layer 73 of thehood 70 is a warmingtextile 731. Preferably, at least onewatch aperture 733 can be formed on theinner layer 73, such that the user can watch the outside via thewatch aperture 733. The warmingtextile 731 and theouter layer 61 can be formed as thehood 70 for being as a warming mask. - In another embodiment of the invention, the material of the
inner layer 73 can be replaced; for example, theinner layer 73 can be made of a wind stopper material, a sand stopper material, or a dust stopper material, and then thehood 70 can be respectively a wind stopper mask, a sand stopper mask, or a dust stopper mask. Furthermore, aneye shield 735 can be set on thewatch aperture 733; for example, theeye shield 735 can be made of a transparent material or a meshed material for protecting the user's eye. - Since the
outer layer 61 can connect with theinner layer 63/73 by the connectingunit 62 as shown onFIG. 6A . Theinner layer 63/73 can be replaced for broadening the application field of thehood 70. - Referring to
FIG. 8A toFIG. 8D , the flowcharts of a preferred embodiment of the present invention are showed. Thehood 60/70 comprises theouter layer 61 and theinner layer 63/73 that connect each other by the connectingunit 62, such that theinner layer 63/73 can be a replacing device due to the connectingunit 62. - The
outer layer 61 can connect with theinner layer 63 to be formed as thehood 60, and theinner layer 63 is ameshed structure 631 as shown onFIG. 8A , such that thehood 60 can protect the user from the bees, mosquitoes, and flies. Besides, theouter layer 61 can be connected with theinner layer 63 by the connectingunit 62, hence theinner layer 63 can be removed from theouter layer 61, as shown onFIG. 8B . - After the
inner layer 63 is removed from theouter layer 61, theinner layer 73 that is different from theinner layer 63 can be connected with theouter layer 61; for example, theinner layer 73 can be a warmingtextiles 731, as shown onFIG. 8C . Theinner layer 73 comprises the connectingunit 62, thus, theinner layer 73 can be connected with theouter layer 61 by the connectingunit 62 to be formed as thehood 70, as shown onFIG. 8D . Of course, theinner layer 73 can be selectively as one of various structures for the functional demand; for example, as theinner layer 73 is a warmingtextiles 731, thehood 70 is a warming mask. As theinner layer 63/73 is made of a wind stopper material, a sand stopper material, or a sand stopper material, the hood can be a wind stopper mask, a sand stopper mask, or a dust stopper mask respectively, such that thehood 60/70 is more convenient and the application field thereof can be broadened. - While this invention has been described with reference to illustrative embodiments, this description is not intended to be construed in a limiting sense. Various modifications of the illustrative embodiments, as well as other embodiments of the invention, which are apparent to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains are deemed to lie within the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A multi-function hood, comprising:
an outer layer; and
an inner layer stacking and connecting with said outer layer to be formed as said hood, wherein an opening is formed on the bottoms of said outer layer and said inner layer, and a space is formed between said outer layer and said inner layer spontaneously.
2. The multi-function hood of claim 1 , further comprising a fixed unit correspondingly disposed on the bottoms of said inner layer and said outer layer.
3. The multi-function hood of claim 1 , further comprising an adjusting unit disposed on the bottoms of said inner layer and said outer layer.
4. The multi-function hood of claim 1 , wherein said inner layer is one of a warming textiles or a meshed structure.
5. A multi-function hood, comprising:
an outer layer; and
an inner layer stacking and connecting with said outer layer by a connecting unit to be formed as said hood, wherein an opening is formed on the bottoms of said outer layer and said inner layer, and a space is formed between said outer layer and said inner layer spontaneously.
6. The multi-function hood of claim 5 , wherein said connecting unit is disposed on the edges of said inner layer and said outer layer.
7. The multi-function hood of claim 5 , further comprising a fixed unit correspondingly disposed on the bottoms of said inner layer and said outer layer.
8. The multi-function hood of claim 7 , wherein said connecting unit and said fixed unit can be integrated into a single unit.
9. The multi-function hood of claim 5 , further comprising an adjusting unit disposed on the bottom of said inner layer.
10. The multi-function hood of claim 5 , wherein said inner layer is one of a warming textiles or a meshed structure.
