Abstract
A ribbon regula device, an outer surface of the PVC regula is covered with a printing layer such that after the PVC regula is stuck to the side of the ribbon body by hot pressing, the pattern of the printing layer will be shown on the surface of the ribbon body completely. By cooperating with the original pattern of the ribbon body, the pattern improves the visual effects of the ribbon largely. When compared with a conventional ribbon with a single colored regula, the present invention is more enhanced and diversified in appearance.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a decoration, and more particularly to a decorative ribbon regula device.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Ribbons are often used for packing presents and embellishing purpose and are quite indispensable at festivals and celebration activities. Referring to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 for an illustration of the applications of aribbon 11 used for packing the present 12. Theribbon 11 comprises aribbon body 111, twowires 112 and tworegulas 113. Theregula 113 is connected to a side of theribbon body 111 by binding thewire 112; asuture 114 is provided for sewing theregula 113 and theribbon body 111 for thewire 112 connected to the side of theribbon body 111 through theregula 113. - The above-mentioned ribbon has the following disadvantages:
- (1) The
regula 113 is sewed to the side of theribbon body 111 by thesuture 114, which incurs more processing time and hence increases manufacture costs. - (2) Since the
regula 113 is sewed to the side of theribbon body 111, and thewire 112 is made of flexible materials, when thewire 112 is fixed to the side of theribbon body 111, theribbon 11 will be bended to a fixed shape, failing to achieve any other special functions. - (3) Since the
regula 113 is made of gauze or cloth, theregula 113 comes usually with a single color; the surface of theregula 113 is unable to have other print patterns or colors, except for thepattern 115 of theribbon body 111, thereby resulting in theribbon 11 being monotonous in design. - The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a ribbon regula device, wherein the PCV regula of the ribbon is covered with a printing layer, and by cooperating with the original pattern of the ribbon body, the diversities of the patterns improves the appearance of the ribbon.
- The further objective of the present invention is to provide a ribbon regula device, wherein the PCV regula is defined with an opposite outer surface and a combining surface, and the outer surface is covered with a printing layer, so that after the PVC regula is stuck to the side of the ribbon body by hot pressing, the printing layer of the PVC regula will be shown on the surface of the ribbon body completely. Since the PVC regula is covered with the printing layer, and by cooperating with the original pattern of the ribbon body, the pattern enhances the visual effects of the ribbon.
- The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a conventional ribbon; -
FIG. 2 is another perspective view of the conventional ribbon; -
FIG. 3 is an assembly view of a ribbon in accordance with the present invention; -
FIG. 4 is a partially exploded view of the ribbon in accordance with the present invention; -
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the ribbon in accordance with the present invention; -
FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the pattern of a printing layer of a PCV regula in the form of grids; -
FIG. 7 is another perspective view of the pattern of the printing layer of the PCV regula in the form of dots; and -
FIG. 8 is a further perspective view of the pattern of the printing layer of the PCV regula in the form of gradual layers. - Referring to
FIGS. 3 and 4 , aribbon 20 comprises aribbon body 30, twowires 40 and twoPVC regulas 50, wherein: - A
colorful pattern 31 is defined at a predetermined place of the surface of theribbon body 30 thereof. - The
wires 40 are located at both sides of theribbon body 30. - The
PVC regula 50 includes an oppositeouter surface 51 and a combiningsurface 52. Theouter surface 51 of thePVC regula 50 is covered with aprinting layer 53 with apattern 54 thereof (theprinting layer 53 is made on theouter surface 51 by techniques of printing, spraying and sticking, and thepattern 54 is in the forms of diagonal stripes for example). The combiningsurface 52 wraps thewire 40 and then is stuck to the side of theribbon body 30 by hot pressing and thePVC regula 50 is integrally connected to an upper and lower surface of theribbon body 30. After thePVC regula 50 is stuck to the side of theribbon body 30 by hot pressing, pressedconcave portions 55 are formed on the surface of thePVC regula 50. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , when using theribbon 20 to pack the present 60, since theouter surface 51 of thePVC regula 50 is made on theprinting layer 53 with thepattern 54 thereof, after thePVC regula 50 is stuck to the side of theribbon body 30 by hot pressing, thepattern 54 of theprinting layer 53 will be shown on the surface of theribbon body 30. By cooperating with theoriginal pattern 31 of theribbon body 30, thepattern 54 improves greatly the visual effects of theribbon 20. When compared with theconventional ribbon 11 ofFIG. 1 , the product of the present invention is more attractive and commercially more competitive. - It is to be noted that in addition to the diagonal stripes, the
pattern 54 can also be made in the form of grids, dots, or gradual layers, as shown inFIG. 6-8 , which increases diversities of the present invention. - While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
