Abstract

A thermo-preserving container includes a body and a cone-shaped cap. The body consists of an annular inner wall and an annular outer wall, with an annular empty space defined between the inner and the outer wall for filling coolant therein through an intake bored in a bottom of the body. The intake is inserted with a stopper to keep the coolant in the annular empty space. The body has an inner empty space surrounded by the annular inner wall. The cone-shaped cap is provided with an annular connect member in a bottom end to threadably combined with the connect member of the body to combine the cap with the body. Then a drink or a wine in a bottle can be kept in the thermo-preserving container in a cooled condition, preserving the drink or wine to taste comparatively cool and fresh.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • This invention relates to a thermo-preserving container, particularly to one preserving liquor, drinks, or food in a low temperature, convenient to carry so that the content kept therein may taste comparatively cool and fresh.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • Common drinks, liquors or refreshments are to be kept in a refrigerator to be cooled for some degrees or to be added with ice cubes, if it is wanted to taste cool and fresh for drinking with pleasant perception and feeling. However, if it is added with ice cubes for cooling a drink or refreshment, it may taste rather thin, losing the original flavor, and moreover, after the drink is taken out of the refrigerator, it will soon become warmer gradually under the room temperature, not tasting cool and fresh. Or a drink may be carried in a large thermo-preserving box filled with ice for keeping the drink cool, but the thermo-preserving box may be a little too large to carry along, not convenient to use.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention has been devised to offer a thermo-preserving container that can keep a drink, refreshment or food in a low temperature to taste cool and fresh, in addition to being handy to carry along.
  • The feature of the invention is a body consisting of an annular inner wall and an annular outer wall, with a cool medium filled in an annular empty space between the inner and the outer wall. An intake is provided in the bottom of the body for coolant to be filled in the annular empty space and closed up with a stopper after the coolant is filled therein, and an annular connect member is formed in an inner upper end of the body. The body has an inner empty interior and a cone-shaped cap is closed on the body, having an annular connect member to threadably connect with the annular connect member of the body.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
  • This invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
  • FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a first embodiment of a thermo-preserving container in the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a body of the thermo-preserving container of the first embodiment in the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the first embodiment of the thermo-preserving container of the in the present invention, showing a drink in a bottle kept in the container;
  • FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a second embodiment of a thermo-preserving container in the present invention; and,
  • FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the second embodiment of a thermo-preserving container in the present invention, showing food kept therein.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • A first embodiment of a thermo-preserving container in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, includes a body 1 and a cone-shaped cap 2 threadably closed on the body 1.
  • The body 1 consists of an annular inner wall 10 and an annular outer wall and an annular empty space (S) defined between the inner and the outer wall 10 and 11. Then a coolant is filled in the annular empty space (S), composed of a proper amount of a sterilizer (LXE) and anti-fungi agent, XB-2 and NIMBRIME mixed with water. Further the body is provided with an intake 13 in the bottom, and a stopper 14 inserted in the intake 13 after the coolant is filled in the annular empty space (S). Further the body 1 is provided with an inner empty space 17 surrounded by the annular inner wall 10, an annular connect member 15 with female threads formed in an upper end, an annular decorative member 16 formed in the outer portion of the upper end and made of a different material or differently colored from the body.
  • The cone-shaped cap 2 is provided with an annular connect member 20 with male threads formed in a bottom end, and the connect member 20 has an annular connect edge 200 in an upper end, with the connect member 20 located just on the decorative member 16 and with the male threads engaged with the female threads of the body 1. Further, the cone-shaped cap is provided with a grip hole 21 formed in an upper end, enabling the body 1 together with the cap 2 to be carried with a hand.
  • In using, as shown FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, coolant 12 is poured in the empty space (S) of the body 1 through the intake 13, with the stopper 14 inserted in the intake 13. Next, a wine bottle (A) with wine is placed in the inner empty space 17, and then the cone-shaped cap 2 is closed on the body 1, by engaging the annular connect member 20 of the cap 2 with the annular connect member 15 of the body 1, with the annular connect edge 200 resting just on the upper end of the decorative member 16. Then the wine bottle (A) is visible through the annular inner wall 10 and the annular outer wall 11, giving a beautifying appearance, and the body 1 together with the cap 2 can be carried with a hand by inserting a finger in the grip hole 21 of the cap 2. Then the wine in the wine bottle (A) may be kept cool and conveniently carried along.
  • Next, a second embodiment of a thermo-preserving container in the invention is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, which includes a body 1 and a cap 2.
  • The body 1 is shaped cylindrical, having a rather large diameter, also consisting of an annular inner wall 10 and an annular outer wall 11, with an annular empty space (S) defined between the inner and the outer wall 10 and 11 for a coolant to be filled therein. Further the body 1 is provided with an intake 13 in its bottom and a stopper 14 inserted in the intake 13 after the coolant is filled in the annular empty space (S), and a connect member 15 with female threads formed in an upper end, an annular decorative member 16 formed in the outer portion of the upper end, and an inner empty space 17 surrounded by the annular inner wall 10.
  • The flat cap 2 is threadably combined on the body 1, provided with an annular connect member 20 with male threads and an annular connect edge 200. Then the male threads of the connect member 20 engage with the female threads of the connect member 15 of the body 1, with the connect member 20 just located on the decorative member 16. Further the cap 2 is provided with a grip hole 21 formed on the center of an upper surface, enabling the body 1 together with the cap 2 to be carried with a hand. Moreover, the cap 2 is provided with an inner empty space 22.
  • In using the second embodiment of the thermo-preserving container, fresh fruit or vegetable (B) can be placed in the inner empty space 17, and the body 1 closed with the cap 2 by engagement of the male threads and the female threads of the connect members 15 and 20 is possible to be carried in a hand, with the food preserved cool and fresh and eatable with cool feeling and good hygiene.
  • While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
