Abstract
An innovative and improved box fan security grille cage designed to facilitate the integration of an air filter element and a generic box fan unit, to sift foreign air particles suspended in the air, and captured them in the incorporated air filter element mounted within a security grille-cage, thus improving the output air quality of the generic household box fan unit; household box fans improved with an incorporated air filter element Filtrair Box-Fan Grille System™ enabling it to cool or vent the habitat or storage area. As the air is vented, it transverse through the filter element, where most of the undesired particles in the air get lodge in the filter element fibers, to be dispose off by cleaning of filter element or through its replacement. The generic box fan and the air filter element are mounted within the innovative and improved box fan security grille cage, which is designed to facilitate the air filter element ease integration and removal, through easy access in conjunction with the generic box fan unit, to replace or clean the air filter element. From the box fan security grill cage mounting structure.
Description
- 1. Technical Field
- The present invention relates to the improvement of a household box fans. More specifically, the present invention improves the air quality circulated or introduce to a habitat, or storage area by a household box fan. This is accomplished by incorporating an air filter element, intergraded in an innovative and improved box fan security grille-cage, or by an integrated build in filter element through allowing rear or front space in the generic box fan housing to incorporate a filter element. This serves to filter the intake air generated and captured by the whirlwind created, by the box fan blades. Hence the air transverse through said air filter element integrated in the generic box fan unit or through the invention of the innovative and improved box fan security grille-cage namely Filtrair Box-Fan Grille System™ removing most foreign particles from the air thus improving the air quality in the habitat in which it is used.
- 2. Background
- There is a wide variety of shapes and sizes of industrial and household fans; used for cooling and ventilation. Our concern and claim is limited to household generic box fans of box configuration, in their framing and mounting. Household box fans of said specifications have an electric motor used to drive a propeller-type blade assembly designed to generate air circulation or cooling inside a habitat or storage area which can also introduce outside air and venting said air.
- The crux of the invention claim here is credited to the innovative and improvement made to the old generic box fans by the incorporation of a filter element within said generic box fans modified extended fan housing and or through our new security grill cage design which allows the incorporation of a filter element as well as the means to provide attachment to the rear or front exterior of the present day generic box fans to our security grille, said generic household box fans, as well as the invention claimed conceived to accommodate a filter element within said security grille; and or an integration of a filter element in conjunction with the generic box fan unit thus improving the output air quality of said box fans, namely using the invention Filtrair Box-Fan Grille System™. Or through an expansion of the present generic box fan housing to provide space to accommodate the filter element unit are also claimed.
- This innovative grille incorporates an air filter element within its configuration providing a means to filter the air. In the past these grilles have been used solely as a security means to protect user from the fan blades inside the fan-housing unit. This invention goes further in providing a means to retain a filter element and thereby improve the quality of the air, as it is propelled out of the box fan unit. This box fan security grille retains a filter element within its new and improved designed configuration, with easy access for replacement or cleansing of said filter element all this is accomplish through the invention In claimed here namely Filtrair Box-Fan Grille System™. Said box fan security grille-cage is limited to household box air fans with no artificial air-cooling capabilities by means of cooling compressor and its associated attachments or air filtering attained in conjunction of ionic means.
- It is the object of the present invention to provide the incorporation of a filter element in conjunction to generic box fan units either by generic box fan housing configuration design or by attachment of our design security grill cage, either method is hereby claimed.
-
FIG. 1 - Is a rear view of the generic box fan without its generic security grill, readily to the attachment of the improved grill cage with a filter element within its improved design.
