Abstract
A sanitary foam supplying apparatus including sanitary foam and a device is dedicated to enhance the sanitary quality in the toilet. A foam liquid having the functions of disinfection, cleanness, odorous lubrication and long-term lubrication can be generated and sprayed from a dedicated container. Also, a storage device, a controller, a conveying device and a spraying device may be included. When the user is using the toilet, the foam is properly sprayed on the toilet, the inner bottom portion of a urinal and a water seal surface so that the sanitary foam has the suitable thickness and has the long-term lubrication. Consequently, the sanitary foam can isolate the pong of the crap and the splash before and after the flush. Also, the foam being sprayed may provide the functions of disinfection, cleanness, the odorous deodorization, the enhancement of the sanitary quality and the effective lubrication of the inner portion of the toilet. Thus, the toilet can be easily cleaned, and the sanitation problem can be completely solved.
Description
- (1) Field of the Invention
- The invention relates to a novel sanitary foam and a device thereof for a toilet, and more particularly to a sanitary foam supplying apparatus for providing the hollow and dense foam to properly cover the inner bottom portion of the toilet and a water seal surface to isolate the crap pong and prevent the crap from splashing. The foam can facilitate the cleaning and prevent the pong and the splash during the flush and has the functions of disinfection, cleanness, odorous deodorization, lubrication, prevention of contamination attachment and the increase in the foam lubrication and durability. The foam can be laminated to a suitable thickness and is different from the typical cleaning foam. In addition, the foam can surely isolate the contamination pong, prevent the crap from splashing the water to the toilet and the human body, prevent the pong and the splash during the flush, and thus effectively solve the sanitation problem when the toilet is being used.
- (2) Description of the Prior Art
- Recently, the living quality is gradually enhanced, and the living environment is greatly emphasized. The sanitation apparatus closely related to the human's life is also greatly developed. For example, the sanitation apparatus may be flushed in advance and then cleaned by water, and the water tank contains a cleaner with the functions of disinfection, cleanness and odorous deodorization. Furthermore, an aromatic may be disposed around the toilet to enhance the environmental quality when the toilet is being used.
- The conventional sanitation apparatus can clean the toilet with water after the toilet is used. Also, the water may be flushed in advance or the water tank may contain the cleaner to clean the crap and disinfect the toilet. If the cleaner is continuously used in a short period of time, the cleaner may be attenuated. If the cleaner is used after a long time, the cleaner is wasted during the flush. However, the crap falling down to the water tends to splash the water to the portion that cannot be reached by the cleaning water of the toilet, or to the human body. Thus, the toilet cannot be easily cleaned and tends to prorogate the germ, and the sanitation dead spot and the problem of the sanitation may rise.
- The invention provides a novel sanitary foam supplying apparatus, which may be disposed independently, may be used in conjunction with the current toilet, or may be combined with the toilet. The apparatus includes: a device box in which a controller (e.g., a water valve), a storage shelf, a mixer, a sanitary foam liquid dedicated container and a conveying pipe are disposed; and a storage shelf and a mixer. The sanitary foam liquid dedicated container stores a sanitary foam liquid having the functions of disinfection, cleanness, odorous deodorization, lubrication, contamination prevention and the foam lubrication durability. The object of the sanitary foam liquid is different from the foam of the typical cleaner. The sanitary foam liquid dedicated container is disposed on the storage shelf and connected to the mixer and is then connected to the conveying pipe of the conveying device through the mixer. The conveying device has a three-way pipe disposed at the water feeding portion (i.e., the triangle valve of the water tank of the toilet) to get the water. The water stream and the flow are controlled by the controller after entering the device box through the conveying pipe. The conveying pipe is connected to the mixer so that the water stream and the foam liquid are mixed and the mixed solution is conveyed from the device box to a default ring nozzle of the spraying device or the ring nozzle attached to the seat of the toilet through the conveying pipe. Thus, the mixed solution may be sprayed on the inner portion of the toilet and the suitable and thick sanitary foam may be attached to the inner bottom portion. Thus, the sanitary foam supplying apparatus is created.
- In the sanitary foam supplying apparatus of the invention, the controller controls the water stream of the conveying device to flow through the mixer from the triangle valve to drive the mixer to discharge the sanitary foam liquid in the sanitary foam liquid dedicated container to form the mixed solution. The mixed solution flows through the ring nozzle of the spraying device and is directly sprayed on the inner portion of the toilet. Thus, it is possible to achieve the objects of disinfection, cleanness, odorous deodorization, lubrication and contamination prevention effectively, and the sanitary foam having the suitable thickness and the long term lubrication can be formed on the inner bottom portion of the toilet. Thus, the crap cannot exude the pong and cannot splash the water to the toilet and the human body. In addition, the exuded pong and the splash during the flush can be prevented, and the sanitary quality can be effectively enhanced.
- Further aspects, objects, and desirable features of the invention will be better understood from the detailed description and drawings that follow in which various embodiments of the disclosed invention are illustrated by way of examples.

FIG. 2 is a pictorial view showing the apparatus of the invention and the device box. -
FIG. 3 includes a three-view drawing and a cross-sectional view showing the apparatus of the invention. -
FIG. 4 shows a system for the apparatus according to the invention. -
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the apparatus of the invention. - As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 5 , the invention provides a sanitary foam supplying apparatus, which may be disposed in a reserved space in atoilet 10 at a default position 11, may be installed independently, or may be in the form of a portable sanitary foam liquiddedicated container 21. In order to facilitate the use and the delicacy, the sanitary foam supplying apparatus of the invention has adevice box 16 on which acontroller 12 is disposed to facilitate the use, and a foam liquid inventoryquantity display window 19 to facilitate the check of the inventory quantity. In order to facilitate the use and the maintenance, acasing cover 32 of thedevice box 16 may be opened so that aninner portion 17 of the device box may be checked and the sanitary foam liquiddedicated container 21 on astorage shelf 23 may be replaced. When the user is using the toilet, themanual controller 12 of the conveying device may be enabled, or an inductive controller 18 may be adopted according to whether asafety power 26 exists. Thus, the water coming from a waterfeeding triangle valve 14 of the toilet may flow to amixer 24 through a conveying pipe 20 (or 15) of the conveying device in awater flowing direction 25 of the pipe and controls themixer 24 to discharge a proper amount ofsanitary foam liquid 22 from the sanitary foam liquiddedicated container 21 on thestorage shelf 23. The water and thesanitary foam liquid 22 are mixed and then flow through a ring nozzle 29 (or 13) under atoilet seat 27 and are sprayed on the inner portion of thetoilet 10 from the ring nozzle in a spraying direction 33 (or 36), the inner bottom portion of thetoilet 10 and awater seal surface 35 to form thicksanitary foam 37, which may be used when the toilet is being used. - New characteristics and advantages of the invention covered by this document have been set forth in the foregoing description. It is to be expressly understood, however, that the drawings are for the purpose of illustration only and are not intended as a definition of the limits of the invention. Changes in methods, shapes, structures or devices may be made in details without exceeding the scope of the invention by those who are skilled in the art. The scope of the invention is, of course, defined in the language in which the appended claims are expressed.
