  • Item 2 in FIG. 3 is the deepest cut section of the combination specially cut slit that would retain the small portion of the bagged bread just below the tie, clip, or fastener that would be used to close the open end of a bag of bread. The bag would be slid completely into the item 2 FIG. 3 section.

Abstract

The bread holder space saver as it's mounted on the side of a cabinet, wall or inside a pantry, has a channeled slit in it. The loaf or loaves of bagged bread, with the twist tie attached is slid into the slit so it can hang along side of the end of cabinet, wall or inside a pantry in an appropriate, practical manner.

  • DESCRIPTION
  • The present small entity invention relates to a bread holder space saver. The bread holder space saver is a six inch wide and three inch by 4 inch L-shaped device that can be made of wood with primarily a specially cut slit. The 4 inch surface protrudes from the three inch mounted surface off the side of a cabinet.
  • The end of a bag of bread with the bag tie can be slid into the slit, to keep the bread stored up and away off the counter surface.
  • The bread holder can be made of various materials, and shaped into various designs in a practical sense to hold bread.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The bread holder space saver which perhaps would be most commonly mounted on the side of a cabinet, wall, or pantry found in a kitchen at home or a restaurant, perhaps a dining areas as well as a food storage area. This device would facilitate the manner in which kitchen counters remain more spacious.
  • The bread holder space saver could distinguish as well as display a typical bag of bread, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, bagged bagels or any bagged item of similar in size and weight.
  • The ease of grasping a bag of bread with the twist tie attached to close the end of the bag and inserting it into the bread holder space saver's specially cut slit allows for ease of handling and storing of aforementioned items. This device also allows for simple easy access for removal of bagged bread type items.
  • The bread holder space saver's specially cut slit has a special angle combination cut that allows simple and facilitated entry of a bag of bread. The specially cut slit also allows for secured retention of the bagged bread as it can hang from this device for as long as needed.
  • The size of the bread holder space saver allows for ample room so the stored bagged bread as it hangs will maintain its natural state, as to not to become damaged squeezed or crushed.
  • The bread holder space saver can be made of various materials such as wood or plastic. The bread holder space saver can also have rounded edges decorative edges, or shaped to provide a blended decorative appearance to the location where it would be utilized and displayed.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a side view of the bread holder space saver as indicated by the number 1, it's an L-shaped device that mounts onto the side of a cabinet, or wall.
  • FIG. 2 is a face view of item 1 of the bread holder space saver. Item 2 in FIG. 2 is in the upper section of the L-shaped bread holder space saver. Item 2 in FIG. 2 is also the deepest cut section of the combination specially cut slit where as the bagged bread will be slid into position and retained for storage. Item 3 in FIG. 2 is the angled section of the combination specially cut slit that is ramped into and towards item 2 in FIG. 2 that allows for ease of entry as well as ease of removal of a bag of bread. With a twist tie or clip which closes the end of the bag of bread, the tie or clip would be positioned above the item 2 in FIG. 2 section as the small end of the bag just below the tie or clip type fastener would be inserted into item 2 FIG. 2 to be retained for storage.
  • FIG. 3 is the top view of the bread holder space saver. This shows the section of item 1 in FIG. 3 the L-shaped bread holder space saver that would protrude from a cabinet or wall. Item 2 in FIG. 3 is the deepest cut section of the combination specially cut slit that would retain the small portion of the bagged bread just below the tie, clip, or fastener that would be used to close the open end of a bag of bread. The bag would be slid completely into the item 2 FIG. 3 section.

Claims (7)

1. My invention of the bread holder space saver is used to hold a typical bag of bread, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, and, or any bagged item similar in size and weight of any of the above mentioned items.
2. The bread holder space saver is attached to the side of a cabinet, or inside a pantry type cabinet, so as to keep bread off the kitchen counter surfaces as a space saver and to help prevent clutter.
3. The bread holder space saver can also facilitate the storage, handling, and displaying of various types of bagged bread as to distinguish one type from another.
4. The bread holder space saver is a six inch wide and three inch by 4 inch L-shaped device that can be made of wood.
5. The bread holder space saver with a specially cut slit allows the bagged bread just below the bag tie, clip or fastener, to be inserted into the bread holder space saver with relative ease and removed easily.
6. The bread holder space saver can be made of various materials such as wood or plastic.
7. The bread holder space saver can have rounded, or decorative edges, or shaped to provide a blended decorative appearance to the location where it would be utilized and displayed.
