  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, there is shown a press-button type multi-stage winding mechanism comprising a top cover 1, a button 2, a spiral spring 3, a sliding disc 4, wire 5, a winding disc 6, a bottom disc 7 and a bottom cover 8. The spiral spring 3 is placed within the edge seat 41 of the sliding disc 4, and the center shaft 71 of the bottom disc 7 is provided with a through hole 42, and the inner end 31 of the spiral spring 3 is secured at the center shaft 71 of the bottom disc. The outer end of the spiral spring 3 is a hook section 32 engaged at the inner wall of a clipping plate 411 of the edge seat 41 of the sliding disc such that the inner end 31 and the hook section 32 are respectively restricted by the bottom disc 7 and the sliding disc 4. Thus, no matter the sliding disc 4 rotates in a positive or a negative direction, the spiral spring 3 can be urged to a tightening or a releasing state.
  • The sliding disc 4 and the winding disc 6 are connected and the center shaft 71 passes through the winding disc 6 to the sliding disc 4 for the engagement of the spiral spring 3. The space of the edge seat 41 is used for the holding of the spiral spring 3, and the external circumferential face of the edge seat 41 is provided with one or more than one positioning block 43. The number of the positioning blocks 43 will decide the location and the positioning distance of the winding disc 6 at each rotation. Thus, the wire can be precisely controlled.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8, the winding disc 6 has a positive direction edge seat face 61 and a negative edge seat face 62, wherein the positive direction edge seat 61 is engaged by the plurality of the engaging button 612 on the winding seat 611 and the engaging hole 44 of the sliding disc 4, and the positive wire 5 surrounds the external circumferential face of the winding seat 611 such that the positive direction wire 5 is wound between the sliding disc 4 and the winding disc 6. Next, the positive direction wire 5 passes through the through hole 613 of the winding seat 611 to the negative direction edge seat 62 and is wound at the fastening plate 614 of the reverse face of the edge seat 62, and then passes through the bottom slot 711 and is positioned by the bottom engaging slot 72 at the bottom disc 7 so that the end head is secured. Thus, the intersecting point of the positive direction wire and the negative direction wire is fastened such that when the positive direction wire 5 is extended, the negative direction wire 5 is not affected. Thus, a single pulling function of the wire is precisely achieved.
  • When the positive direction wire 5 is pulled, the negative direction wire 5 is at a releasing state. When the positive direction wire 5 is restored to its original position, the negative direction wire 5 is rotated tightly. The positive direction wire 5 is wound based on the winding seat 611, and the negative direction wire 5 is wound based on the center shaft 71, wherein their rotating shaft direction of a winding are different, therefore the total length of the positive direction wire 5 shall longer than the negative direction wire 5.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, the positioning function is depending on the position of the sliding disc 4 and that of the button 2. The button 2 is pivotally mounted at the pivot hole 21 on the top cover 1, and the front direction of the top cover 1 has a blocking plate 11 engaging a spring 111 so that the button 2 has a restoring. function by pressing the button 2.
  • An urging rod 22 is provided at the front of the button 2 and the position is corresponding to the positioning block 43 at the circumferential face of the sliding disc 4. As shown in FIG. 7, when the button 2 is depressed, depending on the depressing force of the button 2, the urging rod 22 is slightly swung this will cause either a positioning function. or releasing from a positioned state. Thus, when the winding disc 6 is pulled out in a clockwise direction, the relationship between the urging rod 22 and the positioning block 43 is that the pushing away of the urging rod 22 will not cause a positioning state. When the wire 5 is pulled to a desired length and is then released, the action of the spiral spring 3 will cause the winding disc 6 to rotate in a reverse direction. At this instance, the urging rod 22 of the button will urge the positioning block 43 which is first restored back to the original direction. Thus, this wire 5 is positioned. To allow the pulled wire 5 to return to its original position, the button 2 is depressed. This will cause the urging rod 22 to swing to release from at urging position and the winding disc 6 will rotate to pull back the wire 5. In addition, while in the course by pulling the wire 5, the button 2 can be used to control precisely to subsequently wind the traction line.
  • It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.
  • While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
