Abstract

A strand of bags includes bags that are connected to one another at their lower and upper edges. Opposing side edge areas of the bags are folded inwards towards the longitudinal axis of the bag on the front and/or back side of the bags. The upper edge of the front and/or back side of a bag is detachably connected at at least two spaced-apart first and second sections with the lower edge of an adjacent bag, defining an outlet opening. Further disclosed is a bag dispenser that includes a base or support device, a front extraction edge, and a severing device in front of or above the extraction edge suitable for engaging in an outlet opening between two adjacent bags of the strand of bags. Opposing side walls each have a guiding device for a rotary axis for at least one wound roll of bags.

Description

    BACKGROUND
  • The present invention relates to a strand of bags, specifically to a strand of knot bags, as well as a bag dispenser, specifically a knot bag dispenser. The present invention relates with particular preference to a knot bag dispenser according to the invention, comprising a strand of knot bags according to the invention.
  • Knot bag dispensing devices and strands of knot bags are sufficiently familiar to persons having the ordinary skill in the art and are frequently deployed in the fruit and vegetable sections of supermarkets, or for packaging sausage and meat products in butcher's shops. Most such bags are made of plastic and are found either in block form or wound in a continuous roll. Blocked strands may, as described in DE 298 12 818 U2, be found folded in Z-form in a bag dispenser. A particularly small-format and hence convenient-to-operate and easy-to-store dispenser is obtained if the handle recess on the top side of the dispenser is constructed to lead without interruption through to a lower edge that is located opposite the blocked edge strip of a bundle lying within. Further, grooves are constructed leading from the handle recess out toward both sides on the lower edge in the area of the adjacent narrow side and/or the top side as a passage out through which a bag can be pulled. Bags packed lengthwise in Z-form can thus be easily extracted from the bag dispenser. The geometric specifications must be observed within strict limits to ensure that the desired result with respect to removal be attained consistently.
  • Web-shaped material wound in rolls is often found loaded on a rotary axis in a housing from which the material can be withdrawn. According to DE 32 09 056 A1, said roll axes can be detachably mounted to the housing cover. Moreover there is a readjustable rocker, with a severing strip designed to cut off the web-shaped material, which can be pivoted around a vertical axis. These designs for guaranteeing efficient tearing are very complex and require a high amount of maintenance.
  • In order to avoid the removal of an unnecessarily large number of bags from a bag dispensing device, DE 44 03 837 A1 proposes that the bags, joined together to form a band or a strand, be looped around a timing roller located between a carrier roller and the dispensing slot. This is also a complex design and moreover one that necessitates that a trained person perform the loading.
  • To facilitate the manipulation of strands of plastic bags wound around rolls, the dispensing device disclosed in DE 692 31 014 T2 (U.S. Pat. No. 6,230,953) is equipped with a separating means for separating one bag from a continuous band of bags. Here, a finger, adjacent to a tongue that is to engage with a slit in the severance line between the bags, is arranged in such a way that a gap is formed between the tongue and the finger. Said gap is designed to catch a portion of a second bag, which is adjacent to the bag that is to be separated, and to retain said portion.
  • DE 695 08 260 T2 (U.S. Pat. No. 5,813,585) describes a bag dispensing device with a receptacle, comprising a base, two opposing sides, and a separating device for engaging the severance line between two adjacent bags. With the aid of an auto-load mechanism and a fastening mount, the roll of bags can be prevented from over-spinning when bags are extracted.
  • EP 558 322 A1 presents a cylindrically shaped dispensing device. Here, the dispensing slot is not completely unobstructed. Instead, the middle portion of the upper edge of the outlet opening overlaps with the lower edge, in the form of a tongue, and can be shut behind said edge. In this manner, apertures on opposing sides of the dispensing slot remain open, and through said apertures the carrying loops of a knot bag, for example, can be conducted. The dispensing slot is freed through depression of the tongue. In the initial state, the tongue presses the knot bag against the inner wall of the lower severing edge.
  • DE 37 03 757 OS describes how a bag made of thermoplastic synthetic foil, with an upper flap, side folds, and a high load volume, is being made available. Here, the upper flap is formed through the extension of the back side of the bag and of the respective limbs of the side folds, which connect to the back side on both sides, compared to the front side. Said bags can hang next to one another in sandwich construction, wherein the back side and the limbs of the side folds connecting to the back side on both sides continue in longitudinal extension, and the upper flap is provided with a perforation forming a severing line in the area adjacent to the welded seam of the preceding bag.
  • The previously described devices remain very mechanically complex. They can be complicated to load and maintenance-intensive. Over-spinning cannot always be prevented easily, particularly as the stock on the roll of bags nears its end. Hence, for reasons of economy, people continue to give preference to mechanically very simple dispensing devices. Frequently, rolls of bags are simply placed upon a cocked shaft for unrolling. That this practice results in substandard goods, in non-negligible quantities, is condoned and accepted. However, conventional dispensing devices for strands of knot bags that are of mechanically more complex design no longer guarantee an adequate separation either, due to the nature of the bag material currently being used. With people anxious to reduce costs, the walls of the bags are becoming increasingly thinner, in order to reduce the total weight of rolls of bags. Frequently during inexpert removal, i.e. in the event of inexpertly applied force, the bags tear at a site other than the tear-off seam at which they were intended to tear, which can lead to considerable numbers of defective products.
  • Therefore, it would be desirable to revert to bag dispensers for continuous rolls, or strands, and to strands of bags themselves that are not afflicted by the disadvantages of the prior art described. Hence, an object of the present application is to provide a bag dispensing device that is simple with respect to construction and cost-efficient with respect to production. The bag dispensing device should allow straightforward use and, in particular, prevent a roll of bags that is nearing its end from unwinding all the way. Moreover, what is needed is a bag dispensing device that does not entail losses with respect to its operational reliability even when extremely thin-walled bag material is used. Another object of the present invention is to provide a strand of bags that comprises a plurality of bags that are connected together and use very thin-walled film material to allow for space-saving storage and transportation. Further desired is bag dispensing device that provides for secure and defect-free bag removal, even in the event of an unbalanced application of force.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present application discloses a strand of bags that are connected to one another at their lower and upper edges. In one embodiment, the strand of bags includes first, second and third bags, each having a front and back side, an upper edge, two opposing side edges, and a lower edge. The front and back sides are connected to one another along their corresponding side and lower edges. The opposing first and second side edge areas of the first, second and third bags are folded inwards toward the longitudinal axis of the bag on the front and/or back side. The upper edge of the front and/or back side of the second bag is detachably connected at at least two spaced-apart first and second sections with the lower edge of the first bag, defining an outlet opening. The upper edge of the front and/or back side of a third bag is detachably connected at at least two spaced-apart first and second sections with the lower edge of the second bag.
  • The present application further discloses a bag dispenser for a strand of bags, particularly in the form of a wound roll. The bag dispenser includes a base or support device comprising a front, middle and rear area, a front extraction edge, and a severing device in front of or above the extraction edge suitable for engaging in an outlet opening between two adjacent bags of the strand of bags. The bag dispenser further includes a rotary axis and two opposing side walls that each have a guiding device for the rotary axis for at least one wound roll of bags. An upper area of each guiding device is further away from the base or support device and/or the front extraction edge than a lower or lower lying area.
  • This summary above introduces a selection of concepts in a simplified form. These concepts are further described below in the Detailed Description. It should be understood that this summary is not intended to identify key features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended to be used as an aid in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • According to one aspect of the present invention, a strand of bags includes bags that are connected to one another at their lower and upper edges. In one embodiment, the strand of bags includes at least a first, second and third bag, each with a front side and a back side. The front and back sides each comprise an upper edge, two opposing side edges, and a lower edge, wherein the front and back sides are connected with one another at least along their corresponding side and lower edges, at least in some areas, wherein the opposing first and second side edge areas of the first, second and third bags are all folded inwards towards the longitudinal axis of the bag on the front and/or back side. The upper edge of the front and/or back side of the second bag is detachably connected at at least two spaced-apart first and second sections with the lower edge of the first bag, defining an outlet opening. The upper edge of the front and/or back side of the third bag is detachably connected at at least two spaced-apart first and second sections with the lower edge of the second bag.
  • According to a preferred embodiment, said spaced-apart first and second sections of the upper edge of a bag that are detachably connected with said lower edge each comprise a width that does not exceed the width of the respective folded first or second side edge areas of the adjacent bag.
  • Particularly satisfying results also arise as a result of the first section of the upper edge of a bag being detachably connected with the lower edge of the folded first side wall area of the adjacent bag and the second section of the upper edge of said bag being detachably connected with the lower edge of the second side wall area of said adjacent bag.
  • Furthermore, it can also be envisaged that said first section extends at most over the width of said folded first side wall area and/or that said second section extends at most over the width of said folded second side wall area.
  • In another aspect, the present invention includes a strand of bags that are connected to one another comprising at least first, second and third bags, each having a front and a back side, which each comprise an upper edge, two opposing side edges, a lower edge, and two spaced-apart first and second carrying or sealing loops that extend from the upper edge. The front and the back sides are connected with one another, at least along their corresponding side and lower edges, at least in some areas, wherein the opposing first and second side wall areas of the first, second and third bags are all folded inwards towards the longitudinal axis of the bag on the front and/or back side. The first and second carrying or sealing loops of the second bag are always detachably connected with the lower edge of the first bag, and the first and second carrying or sealing loops of the third bag are detachably connected with the lower edge of the second bag.
  • Preferably, the first and second loops of bags of the previously described embodiment of a strand of bags according to the invention are connected as a unitary construction with the body of the respective bag. As a rule, depending on the embodiment of said bags, i.e., the choice of materials and the thickness of that material for instance, and on the respective load of the individual bag, these loops can be used as carrying loops. For the greatest number of the modes of application, for instance when such bags are employed as shopping bags for vegetables, fruit, sausage or cheese products, such loops could certainly be used as carrying loops without risk of tearing. As a rule, the primary use of such loops will be as a means for knotting the bags filled with vegetables, fruit, sausage or cheese products, so that the goods do not go astray during further transport. The first and second loops are thus ordinarily furnished in a length that suffices to tie even a maximally filled bag without additional effort. Of course, once the bag has been knotted, said loops can still be used as carrying loops, as long as the weight of the stowed goods allows such use. Bags furnished with carrying or sealing loops of this kind are also often called knot bags.
  • The strand of bags can comprise a plurality of bags in a series that are all detachably connected with one another at adjacent upper and lower edges, like the first, second, and third bags.
  • In a particularly expedient embodiment, the front and back sides of at least one bag, and more preferably all of the bags, are formed as a unitary construction.
  • Furthermore, it can be envisaged that at least one bag comprises an inward side fold on each side edge.
  • According to another embodiment, the detachable connection between adjacent bags comprises a perforated seam.
  • According to a further feature of the invention, the outer end of the first and/or second carrying or sealing loop is connected with the lower edge of the folded first or second side wall area, respectively.
  • Thereby, it can be envisaged that the width of the first and/or second side wall area comprises at least the maximal width of the first or second carrying or sealing loop, respectively.
  • A further embodiment allows for a circumstance in which the first and/or second carrying or sealing loops of a bag extend to the first or second side edge, respectively.
  • For illustrative purposes, particular embodiments of the invention are described later herein in connection with the drawings.
  • The strands of bags according to the invention preferably take the form of a roll of bags. The center of this roll of bags is preferably kept clear in order to accommodate a rotary axis that will bear the roll of bags and around which the roll of bags can be unwound. Alternatively, the strand of bags according to the invention can be a folded strand of bags, in which the back side of the first bag lies against the back side of the second bag and the front side of the second bag lies against the front side of the third bag and wherein the direction of the fold changes at the change of bags.
  • An object of the invention is further achieved through a bag dispenser, comprising a base or support device for a strand of bags in the form of a wound roll, a front extraction edge, and a severing device in the area in front of or above the extraction edge suitable for engaging in an outlet opening between two adjacent bags of the strand of bags. The bag dispenser further comprises a rotary axis and two opposing side walls that each have a guiding device for the rotary axis for at least one wound roll of bags, wherein these guiding devices run essentially identically and wherein an upper area of each guiding device is further away from the base or support device and/or the front extraction edge than a lower or lower lying area.
  • Thereby it can be envisaged that the guiding device is a guiding track or a slot in the side wall.
  • In one embodiment, the guiding device in a side wall is formed in an essentially straight line forming an angle in the range of 25° to 75°.
  • In one embodiment, the guiding devices extend essentially all the way into the area of the base or support device. The spacing of the lower end of the guiding device is, as a rule, selected in such a way that the roll of bags that is nearly or completely unwound would continue to lie on the base device or at least remain in contact with it. In this way, one can ensure that, through its own weight, subject to friction, the strand of bags produces a certain resistance against being pulled off.
  • In another preferred embodiment, the rotary axis is undetachably connected with one side wall, specifically with the guiding device of the side wall. This is achieved, for example, through enabling only one end of said rotary axis to be removed from a guiding device in a manner that is non-destructive, preferably in only one section of the guiding device. For example, both of the opposing ends of the rotary axis can be can constructed to have a greater thickness than the axis itself and to be located on the outer side of the corresponding side wall, while the rotary axis itself is guided in a guiding slot of dimensions smaller than the diameter of said thickened ends. Said guiding slot can, for example, be enlarged in the upper area of one side wall, so that the thickened axis end can be fed through only in that location. In this way the rotary axis remains undetachably connected with the bag dispenser, while allowing a completely unwound roll of bags to be replaced with a new one.
  • Bag dispensers according to the invention may furthermore include a top cover.
  • Of course, bag dispensers according to the invention can be mounted on a stand, which may be a height-adjustable stand. In as far as the bag dispensers according to the invention allow a particularly narrow embodiment, it is not problematic to mount two, three or even four bag dispensers according to the invention next to one another on conventional stands of the kind used in supermarkets, for example in vegetable sections.
  • The severing device of the bag dispenser according to the invention preferably takes the form of a severing spike, severing plate, severing neck, severing edge, severing pin, or severing lip.
  • In accordance with a particularly preferred feature, the bag dispenser according to the invention, specifically a knot bag dispenser, also comprises a strand of bags according to the invention, specifically a strand of knot bags according to the invention.
  • In a further preferred embodiment, the strand of bags in the bag dispenser according to the invention, which takes the form of a wound roll of bags, is located on the rotary axis in such of way that the strand of bags can be moved from the rear area through the middle area towards the front area of the base or support device when a bag is pulled out. In this way, the strand of bags is unwound from below rather than from above. In this respect, it is generally necessary that the unwound strand of bags be lifted in order that the severing device, in the form of a severing spike or a severing lip, for instance, can be inserted into the outlet opening.
  • As described herein, aspects of the present invention were based on the unexpected recognition that strands of bags gain an unanticipated increase in stability when the opposing side wall areas are folded inwards on the front or back side of the respective bag and if these areas are connected with one another over the upper and lower edges of adjacent bags, at least in some areas, to define an outlet opening. This is particularly noticeable during the tearing process with respect to a wound strand of bags according to the invention. Even the use of extremely thin-walled bag materials does not pose a problem. Independent from the manner in which the force is applied, the tearing of the bag always takes place at the intended tear-point. Inappropriate tearing is not observed, nor do the bag walls tear, nor do the connection seams of the front and back sides tear. As extremely thin-walled bag materials can be used, there is a possibility of considerably reducing the weight of the continuous rolls of bags, relative to the conventional continuous rolls of bags. Moreover, a narrower embodiment of the strands of rolls of bags, due to the inwardly folded side wall areas, allows a very compact storage as well as space-saving transport. Above all, there is an advantage to the fact that the effects associated with the rolls according to the invention described above occur irrespective of the width of the bags used. Hence even very wide strands of bags can be safely transported and used without problem.
  • Furthermore, a bag dispenser according to the invention is configured to operate continuously, irrespective of the number of bags that have already been unwound from a strand of bags. Due to the guiding of the rotary axis in guiding tracks or guiding slots, the underside of the strand of bags is always located on the base of bag dispenser. Due to the own weight of the wound strand of bags, the rolls of bags no longer continue to unwind when the supply of bags is approaching its end. A bag dispenser according to the invention makes this advantage possible in a manner that is extremely simple with respect to construction and is, moreover, maintenance-free. An extremely user-friendly product is obtained in particular when the strands of bags according to the invention are used with the bag dispenser according to the invention.
  • FIGS. 1-4 illustrate exemplary embodiments of the present invention that aid in an understanding of the disclosure provided above but do not limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed or illustrated.
  • FIG. 1 a depicts a second bag 4′ of a strand of bags 1′ according to the invention (not shown in FIG. 1 a) in a non-folded state. The bag 4′ has a front side 8′ and a back side 10′, as well as opposing side edges 14′ and 16′, a lower edge 18′ and a upper edge 12′. A first and second carrying or sealing loop, 30 and 32 respectively, extend from the upper edge 12′. For the sake of simplicity, said loops shall be referred to hereinafter as sealing loops. These sealing loops are located by the lateral edge areas 20′, 22′ of the bag 4′. Hence the external side edges of these sealing loops represent a linear extension of the side edges, 14′ and 16′. The outer upper ends, 34 and 36, of the first and second sealing loops, 30 and 32, at a first or second section, 24′ and 26′ respectively, have a detachable connection, in the form of a perforated seam for example, to the underside of an adjacent first bag (not shown) having the same configuration as the second bag 4′. In the same mode, there are sections, 24′ and 26′, on the lower edge of the bag 4′ at which a connection to the sealing loops, or rather the outer ends, 34 and 36 of the sealing loops of an adjacent third bag (not shown), is located, preferably again in the form of a perforated seam. As with the adjacent first bag, the adjacent third bag and further adjacent bags in the strand of bags have the same configuration as the second bag 4′. These connection sections on the lower edge are also in the area of the outer side edges. Perforated seams are represented by hash marks in FIG. 1 a and 1 b.
  • FIG. 1 b illustrates the bag 4′, as per the image in FIG. 1 a in a folded state, i.e., the side wall areas, 20′ and 22′, of the bag 4′, are folded inwards towards the longitudinal axis of the bag on the front side 8′. Here, the width of the folded side wall area, 20′ and 22′, is marginally above the width of the first and second sealing loops, 30 and 32, respectively. Preferably said two side wall areas, 20′ and 22′, measured by dotted lines A and B in FIG. 1 a, are folded so far inwards towards each other that their outer edges are essentially closely adjacent to one another.
  • FIG. 2 shows a bag dispenser 50, or a bag dispensing device 50, according to the invention mounted on a stand 72. The side walls, 58 and 60, each comprise a guiding device, 62 and 64, respectively, in the form of a linear guiding slot leading downwards at an angle. The angle at which this guiding slot inclines is one of approximately 45° . The guiding slots, 62 and 64, accommodate the rotary axis 66 on which a strand of bags 1′ is mounted for dispensing. The diameter of said rotary axis 66 is in general marginally smaller than the width of the guiding slots, 62 and 64. Only in the top area of the guiding slot 64 of the side wall 60, does said guiding slot widen to a size sufficiently large for a thickened end of the rotary axis to pass through. The rotary axis 66, can thus be removed from its operating position and loaded with a new wound-up strand of bags. The support device 52, comprises a front, a rear and a middle part. Due to its own weight, and subject to the effect of the guiding slots, 62 and 64, which extend some distance downwards, a wound-up strand of bags (not shown in FIG. 2) that has been placed over the rotary axis 66, lies on the middle section of the support device.
  • If a strand of bags 1′ according to the invention, in rolled form, including a plurality of adjacent bags with lateral carrying loops, is being used, one loads such a roll, preferably, in the manner illustrated in FIG. 3 in a bag dispenser 50 according to the invention. The rotary axis is in approximately the middle part of the guiding devices, 62 and 64. The bags that are to be removed are fed upward to the frontal extraction edge 54, from below. The direction of movement of the bag that is to be removed changes at the extraction edge 54. The outlet opening 28′, formed between the carrying loops, 30 and 32, allows the engagement of the severing lip 56 as shown in FIG. 4. The top cover 70, protects the wound strand of bags 1′ from being torn from the bag dispenser 50, in the event of some pulling with excessive force.
  • Alternatively, it is of course also possible that the wound strand of bags 1′ be placed in the bag dispenser 50, in such a manner that the bags, coming from above, pass the extraction edge 54. However, it has been found that reliable tearing is better achieved through the first described embodiment. This tearing process is represented in FIG. 4. The bags separated at the perforated section show no damage otherwise. The bag remaining in the bag dispensing device 50, can now be pulled over the severing lip 56, through to the next outlet opening 28′, into which said severing lip can engage again. As is shown in the foregoing figures, the bag dispensing device 50 according to the invention can be carried out in very narrow format.
  • The characteristics of the invention disclosed in the description above, in the claims and in the drawings can be integral, both individually as well as in any combination, for the realization of the invention in its various embodiments.

Claims (26)

1. A strand of bags connected to one another at their lower and upper edges, comprising at least first, second and third bags having a front side and a back side and comprising an upper edge, two opposing side edges, and a lower edge, wherein the front and back sides are connected with one another at least in some areas along their corresponding side and lower edges, wherein opposing first and second side edge areas of the first, second and third bags are folded inwards toward a longitudinal axis of the bag on the front and/or back side, wherein the upper edge of the front and/or back side of the second bag is detachably connected at at least two spaced-apart first and second sections with the lower edge of the first bag, defining an outlet opening, and wherein the upper edge of the front and/or back side of the third bag is detachably connected at at least two spaced-apart first and second sections with the lower edge of the second bag.
2. A strand of bags according to claim 1 characterized in that the spaced-apart first and second sections of the upper edge of a bag that are detachably connected with said lower edge of an adjacent bag each comprise a width that does not exceed the width of the respective folded first or second side edge areas of the adjacent bag.
3. A strand of bags according to claim 1 characterized in that the first section of the upper edge of a bag is detachably connected with the lower edge of the folded first side edge area of an adjacent bag and the second section of the upper edge of said bag is detachably connected with the lower edge of the second side edge area of said adjacent bag.
4. A strand of bags according to claim 1 characterized in that said first section of a bag extends at most over the width of said folded first side edge area and/or that said second section extends at most over the width of said folded second side edge area.
5. A strand of bags connected to one another, comprising at least first, second and third bags having a front and a back side and comprising an upper edge, two opposing side edges, a lower edge, and two spaced-apart first and second carrying or sealing loops that extend from the upper edge, wherein the front side and the back side are connected with one another at least along some areas of their corresponding side and lower edges, wherein opposing first and second side edge areas of the first, second and third bags are folded inwards toward a longitudinal axis of the bag on the front and/or back side, wherein the first and second carrying or sealing loops of the second bag are detachably connected with the lower edge of the first bag and wherein the first and second carrying or sealing loops of the third bag are detachably connected with the lower edge of the second bag.
6. A strand of bags according to claims 1 or 5 comprising a plurality of adjacent bags that are all detachably connected with one another at adjacent upper and lower edges, like the first, second and third bags.
7. A strand of bags according to claims 1 or 5 characterized in that the front and back sides of at least one bag are formed as a unitary construction.
8. A strand of bags according to claims 1 or 5 characterized in that at least one bag comprises an inward side fold on each side edge.
9. A strand of bags according to claims 1 or 5 characterized in that the detachable connection between adjacent bags comprises a perforated seam.
10. A strand of bags according to claim 5 characterized in that the outer end of the first and/or second carrying or sealing loop is connected with the lower edge of the folded first or second side edge area, respectively.
11. A strand of bags according to claim 10 characterized in that the width of the first and/or second side edge area comprises at least the maximal width of the first or second carrying loop, respectively.
12. A strand of bags according to claim 5 characterized in that the first and/or second carrying or sealing loops of a bag extend to the first or second side edge, respectively.
13. A strand of bags according to claim 1 or 5 characterized in that said strand of bags is a wound roll of bags.
14. A strand of bags according to claim 1 or 5 characterized in that said strand of bags is a folded strand of bags, in which the back side of the first bag lies against the back side of the second bag and the front side of the second bag lies against the front side of the third bag and wherein the direction of the fold changes at the change of bags.
15. A bag dispenser for a strand of bags in the form of a wound roll, comprising a base or support device having a front, middle and rear area, a front extraction edge, a severing device in an area in front of or above the extraction edge suitable for engaging in an outlet opening between two adjacent bags of the strand of bags, a rotary axis and two opposing side walls that each have a guiding device for the rotary axis for at least one wound roll of bags, wherein the guiding devices run essentially identically and wherein an upper area of each guiding device is further away from the base or support device and/or the front extraction edge than a lower or lower lying area.
16. A bag dispenser according to claim 15 characterized in that the guiding device is a guiding track or a slot in the side wall.
17. A bag dispenser according to claim 15 characterized in that the guiding device in a side wall is formed in an essentially straight line forming an angle in the range of 25° to 75° .
18. A bag dispenser according to claim 15 characterized in that said rotary axis is undetachably connected with one side wall.
19. A bag dispenser according to claim 15 characterized in that only one end of said rotary axis can be removed from a guiding device in a manner that is non-destructive, preferably in only one section of the guiding device.
20. A bag dispenser according to claim 15, further comprising a top cover.
21. A bag dispenser according to claim 15, further comprising a stand for mounting said bag dispenser in a height-adjustable manner.
22. A bag dispenser according to claim 15 characterized in that said severing device takes the form of a severing spike, severing plate, or severing lip.
23. A bag dispenser according to claim 15 characterized in that said guiding devices extend essentially all the way to the area of the base or support device.
24. A bag dispenser according to claim 15, further comprising a strand of bags according to claim 13.
25. A bag dispenser according to claim 24 characterized in that the strand of bags, taking the form of a wound roll of bags, is located on the rotary axis such that the strand of bags can be moved from the rear area, through the middle area towards the front area of the base or support device when a bag is pulled out.
26. A bag dispenser according to claim 15, further comprising a strand of bags according to claim 14.
