FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a water filtered dust collector according to the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a perspective assembly drawing of the water filtered dust collector according to the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the connection plug of the water filtered dust collector inFIG. 2 according to the present invention; and -
FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the water filtered dust collector according to the present invention. - The present invention is further described with referent to the accompanying drawings as follows.
- As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the water filtered dust collector comprises a housing 1 with a handle that is consisted of front and
12,14, which are engaged with each other. Aback housings battery package 2 is disposed at one end of the housing, and asuction nozzle 3 is disposed at the other end. A suction nozzle mounting 32 communicating with the suction nozzle is disposed at the bottom of the suction nozzle. A suctionnozzle fixing bush 4 is disposed between the suction nozzle mounting and the housing to connect and fix them. Anelectric motor 5 driven by the batteries in the battery package and fan blades 6 driven by the electric motor are disposed in the suction nozzle fixing bush and the housing. Awater vessel 7 for holding water is disposed in parallel to the suction nozzle on the suction nozzle mounting. Anair steering pipe 42, which can redirect the water-filtered air, is disposed at a position corresponding to the suction nozzle on an end surface far from the suction nozzle of the suction nozzle mounting. Anair inlet pipe 44 is disposed on the septum of the suction nozzle fixing bush, with one end inserted into the water vessel to communicate the suction nozzle fixing bush with the water vessel. Theair steering pipe 42 extends in a direction opposite to the direction theair inlet pipe 44 extends in the suctionnozzle fixing bush 4 to form acavity 46, which corresponds to the center of the fan blades 6. Theair inlet pipe 44 is a straight pipe with anelbow 48 of 90 degrees at the end of thewater vessel 7. Thewater vessel 7 connects with thesuction nozzle mounting 32, and aboss 322 is disposed on the suction nozzle mounting, on which the water vessel can be enclosed removably. Theair inlet pipe 44 extends through the suction nozzle mounting and is located at the center of the water vessel, and the connection between the suction nozzle mounting and the air inlet pipe is a tight connection. Thebattery package 2 and the housing 1 are fixed and connected by aconnection plug 8. Theconnection plug 8 has abody 82, with two elastic clip pins 84 at one end of the body, wherein the width of the two ends of the body is greater than that of the clip pins, and the two ends are disposed within theclip socket 16 at a corresponding position of the housing 1. Ahandheld handle 18 is formed after engaging the front and 12,14. And an exhaust slot 9, which may exhaust the air from theback housings air steering pipe 42 out of the dust collector, is disposed at the position opposite to the handle. Thewater vessel 7 may be cylindrical.Screws 10 are used to fix them in many places when assembling the front and back housings. - When assembling, fill the
water vessel 7 with water at first, with the sucker downwards, and the water surface in the water vessel lower than the opening of the air inlet pipe. Then enclose it on theboss 322 on the suction nozzle mounting 32 of the dust collector. Thus a layer of special water-solidifiable glue is disposed previously between them such that an airproof effect may be achieved after they are connected. When being used, a control switch 9 is turned on first to communicate theelectric motor 5 with the batteries in thebattery package 2, such that driven by the electric motor, the fan blades 6 begin rotating and a suction is generated, drawing out all the air in the suctionnozzle fixing bush 4, the suction nozzle mounting 32 and the dust collector to form a vacuum state. Thus a strong suction is generated at thesucker 34 of thesuction nozzle 3. And therefore, when the sucker contacts the object surface to be cleaned, the dust is sucked in by the strong suction via the sucker, moves towards the suction nozzle mounting 32 along the suction nozzle, and then enters thewater vessel 7 filled with water along theair inlet pipe 44. Because an air inlet pipe with anelbow 48 of 90 degrees is disposed at the end of theair inlet pipe 44, water in the water vessel will not flow back into the suction nozzle fixing bush. After entering the water pipe, the air with dust contacts the water surface, and will suspend in the water, instead of adhering to the pipe wall after being filtered by water. So the air is without dust when entering theair steering pipe 42. Subsequently the clean air is exhausted out of the dust collector via the exhaust slot 9. Finally the water vessel can be disassembled to replace the water, and then enclosed on the suction nozzle mounting for reuse. - As described above, compared with prior art, the water filtered dust collector has the following advantages: easy for cleaning, as it is filtered by water; easy for replacing, as it is convenient to assemble and disassemble the device collecting dust; environmentally friendly, as the water vessel used for collecting dust and filtering can be reused; and reducing the use-cost, as the water vessel can be made into various shapes and thus has a high applicability.
