As such, the present invention increases object placement box versatility and applications to achieve optimal industrial practical value and utility.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1) Field of the Invention
  • The invention herein relates to an improved structure object placement box wherein the object placement box consists of frame bases and frame plates that are insertionally assembled, which in addition to stacking in an unassembled state to reduce packaging and shipping dimensions provides for different color frame base and frame plate assembly, enabling different color frame base and frame plate assembly configurations and various colorful visual variations, while the use of slots and protruding points aligned with matching insertion tabs and the insertion slots on the four side panels accommodates different user requirements or individual preferences and creativity in that they can be stacked and assembled into different utilization states, thereby achieving the practical value of versatility and changeability.
  • 2) Description of the Prior Art
  • Conventional CD cases or optical disk and other small articles are often randomly scattered on table tops due to the non-availability of suitable containers. Besides resulting in untidy tables and unattractive appearance, retrieval involves extensive searching that is troublesome and inconvenient. In response, manufacturers have developed containing boxes for the storage and ordering of such small articles, enabling consistent compartmentalization and ending messy placement that enhances overall visual attractiveness as well as facilitates searching and retrieval.
  • As a result, the prior art structure of such containers are usually of plastic construction that has relatively poor material feel and, furthermore, a stacking assembly embodiment that has utilization state shortcomings. Since plastic is fragile and susceptible to pressure, stacked utilization states typically lead to container breakage which constitutes a major utilization drawback. In view of this, the applicant of the invention herein research and developed an object placement box of metal construction, utilizing sheet metal that is contoured under pressure and welded into object placement boxes which replace the conventional plastic container boxes, which not only substantially increases overall material feel, but at the same time provides greater structural strength that does not break under pressure or deform due to stacking. Furthermore, the exterior surfaces undergo baked enamel treatment to enable visual attractiveness and a more modern appearance.
  • However, such metal object placement boxes have a shortcoming in that after fabrication into a permanent structural arrangement, they cannot be disassembled and, therefore, are of fixed physical size. As a result, their packaging shipping, and storage dimensions require extremely large spaces and material, resulting in increased packaging and shipping costs that affect overall profit, which does not comply with economic benefit concerns in terms of industrial utility and thus requires a solution to effect improvement.
  • Additionally, since said structure consists of pressure contoured sheet metal that is permanently welded into conjoinment, since only a single color baked enamel can be applied during the baked enamel treatment of the exterior surfaces, there is a color variation drawback, and since only a single color stacking embodiment is possible, the utilization state lacks creativity and changeability that adversely affects practical utility, which also requires improvement.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the existent, uncorrected shortcomings of prior art metal object placement boxes, the applicant of the invention herein undertook research and improvement and, based on many years of experience and technical expertise gained while engaged in the related fields, developed the improved structure of the present invention, the primary objective of which is the design of the structural assembly, wherein the frame bases and frame plates are of two-component insertional design such that in an unassembled state, packaging and shipping dimensions are reduced.
  • Another objective of the invention herein is to provide a structural assembly design that accommodates user requirements and creativity to support assembly into different utilization states to achieve changeable embodiments.
  • Yet another objective of the invention herein is to provide a structural assembly design which utilizes the respective production of frame base and frame plate insertional assemblies such that different color or different color assembly enables multiple color visual variation.
  • To achieve the disclosed objectives, the structural design of the invention herein features object placement box consisting of frame bases and frame plates that are insertionally assembled, which in addition to stacking in an unassembled state to reduce packaging and shipping dimensions provides for different color frame base and frame plate assembly, enabling different color frame base and frame plate assembly configurations and various colorful visual variations, while the use of slots and protruding points aligned with matching insertion tabs and the insertion slots on the four side panels accommodates different user requirements or individual preferences and creativity in that they can be stacked and assembled into different utilization states, thereby achieving the practical value of versatility and changeability.
