Abstract
An aquarium type toy with an improved motor system comprising mainly: a box with a water tank to be loaded with liquid and toy fishes; and a motor system mounted in the box and having a motor, when the motor is actuated to operate, the liquid in the water tank flows to make the toy fishes simulate swimming of real fishes in the water.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention is related to an aquarium type toy, and especially to an aquarium type toy with an improved motor system; it comprises a box with a water tank, the water tank is loaded with liquid and toy fishes, the motor system makes rotation of its fan blades by means of a magnetic force to further render the liquid in the water tank to flow, so that the toy fishes can swim as real fishes in the water tank.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- The activity of breeding real fishes for appreciation in leisure time is actually inconvenient in multiple aspects, not only in the expenses for feeds for fishes, water grasses and nutriments required, but also in that people in the present busy society normally have no time to take care of fishes bred in aquaria and works of maintenance and cleaning of the aquaria; thereby, in order to have the leisure of breeding fishes in busy lives, inventions of aquarium type toys were provided, the aquarium type toys seen now in the markets often are selected by people in lieu of the leisure activity of breeding real fishes. However, toy fishes can not swim freely, hence designing of aquarium type toys must have the fan blades driven by operation of a motor to induce flowing of liquid in water tanks, so that the toy fishes can move after the liquid to simulate the feature of swimming of real fishes in water. Nevertheless, if it is desired that motors effect the flowing of liquid, normally the motors must be placed in water or must contact with water, and the liquid may penetrate in along rotating axles to contact with motors, this can increase the probability of damage of the motors. A conventional motor system only have its fan blades supported by only a rotating axle, so that when the fan blades rotate, a situation that rotation is unstable may be induced.
- In order to get rid of the defects stated above, the inventor provides the present invention after nonstop deep study and improvement.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an aquarium type toy that can make stable of rotation of fan blades of an improved motor system by means of a magnetic force.
- The secondary objective of the present invention is to provide an aquarium type toy with an improved motor system, the transmitting axle of the improved motor system is isolated from liquid to thereby prevent contact of the motor with the liquid, so that probability of damage of the motor can be reduced.
- To achieve the above objectives of the present invention, the motor system has a rotary disk and a fan blade set, a plurality of magnets of different polarities are respectively provided on the rotary disk and of the fan blade set can mutually attract having a top surface of a housing intervene therebetween, when the motor moves the rotary disk with some of the magnets to rotate, the magnetic force is used to move the fan blade set with the other magnets to rotate, and a current guide pipe of the motor system can thus render the liquid to flow, and make the toy fishes in a water tank to simulate swimming of real fishes.
- The present invention will be apparent after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiments thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.
