Description

TITLE OF THE INVENTION IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED TO CONDITIONING PACKING FOR TRANSPORTING BLOCKED FLAT GLASS PLATE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The Current patent application refers to an “IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED TO CONDITIONING PACKING FOR TRANSPORTING BLOCKED FLAT GLASS PLATE”, developed with the purpose of providing the market with a bracket made from ducts formed by the junction of multiple paper sheet layers coated with impermeable paper, allowing this way a more simplified construction and less specific weight, consequently lighter and of easy locomotion and removal, in addition to representing a gain in its production line in relation to the existing ones.
  • As it is of popular knowledge and of the professionals who operated in the glass market, the transport and packaging of that product is carried out in brackets fully made of wood and with rubber wedges which prevent the glass contacting the structure.
  • The most well known are the racks where all parts which will contact with the glass are protected by rubber, felt or carpet and can be placed on the rubber to increase its efficiency. The base rubbers should be the two-canvass type, whereas the bracket ones should be soft.
  • Another bracket type currently existing in the market follows a constructive disposition formed by “U” profile ducts fully made from wood with rubber wedges displaced in its inner side. But this bracket is extremely heavy due to the material used and of difficult assembly, causing the service to be slow and time consuming occupying a large physical space in the warehouse.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Owing to these and other inconveniences not mentioned, the inventor has developed the “IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED TO CONDITIONING PACKING FOR TRANSPORTING BLOCKED FLAT GLASS PLATE” which comprises a main body formed from a frame made of “U”-shape transverse ducts, formed by multiple paper laminate layers and internally and externally coated with impermeable paper, being the upper duct, on its base bottom, provided with horizontal fastenging bungs and internally such duct comprises EVA wedges, whereas the lower duct receives, on its bottom, spacing feet and internally EVA wedges, being the side ducts provided, on the bottom, on the lower section with reinforcement plates which on the upper section hold cambar{acute over (a )} fastening brackets which received upwardly steel or polyester tapes, which are fastened to the inner lower ends of the side ducts provoking a tensioning on the lower duct against the side ducts whose upper ends are closed by upper pins plates which have round internal edges, whereas the lower ends of such side ducts are closed by lower pins plates and externally receive a reinforcement metallic sleeve being yet such side ducts provided, on the bottom, with horizontal fastening bungs and internally with EVA wedges.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • In order to have a perfect understanding of what has been developed, illustrative drawings are enclosed which are numerically referred together with the detailed description, where:
  • FIG. 1 shows a perspective front view of the bracket.
  • FIG. 2 shows a detail perspective view of the side duct referring the vertical fastening.
  • FIG. 3 shows a detail perspective view of the side duct referring the vertical and horizontal fastening.
  • FIG. 4 shows a blown up perspective view of the side duct referring to the reinforcement plate.
  • FIG. 5 shows a detail perspective view of the said frame referring to the vertical fastening and the lifting cable.
  • FIG. 6 shows an inner perspective view of the side duct referring to the wedges.
  • FIG. 7 shows an external perspective view of the lower duct referring to the supporting feet.
  • FIG. 8 shows a perspective view of the duct referring to its multiple layers.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • As the drawings indicate we can observe that the “IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED TO CONDITIONING PACKING FOR TRANSPORTING BLOCKED FLAT GLASS PLATE” which comprises a main body (1) formed from a frame (2) made of “U”-shape transverse profile ducts (3), are formed by multiple paper sheets layers (4) and internally and externally coated with impermeable paper (33), being the upper duct (5) provided, on its bottom, (6), with horizontal fastening bungs (7) and internally such duct (5) comprises EVA wedges (8), whereas the lower duct (9), receives on its bottom (10), spacing feet (11) and internally EVA wedges (8), being the side ducts (12) provided on the bottom (13), on its lower section (14), with reinforcement plates (15) which on the upper section (16) hold cambará fastening brackets (17) which upwardly receive steel or polyester tapes (18), which are fastened to the lower ends (19) internal of side ducts (12), provoking a tensioning of the lower duct (9) against the side ducts (12) whose upper ends (20) are closed by bits of upper pins (21) which have round inner edges (22), whereas the lower ends (19) of said side ducts (12) are closed by lower hard wood stubs (cambará) (23) and receive externally a reinforcement metallic sleeve (24), being that said side ducts (12) are provided, on the bottom (13), with horizontal fastening bungs and bracket for lifting the box (7) and internally with EVA wedges(8).
  • Owing to what has been illustrated and described it's realized that the “IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED TO CONDITIONING PACKING FOR TRANSPORTING BLOCKED FLAT GLASS PLATE” offers great advantages, since it has added a bracket with high mechanical resistance, where the profiles in “U” shape ducts made from several paper sheets layers, protected by an impermeabilizing layer, which when assembled, form a structure for packaging a glass block in a safe way, which when fastened with tensioning belts is statically positioned.
  • We should point out that the bracket made from laminate paper one can obtain an alternative for using wood and the bracket's recycling property is kept. It's also presented a practical and light easy assembling product, which enables its easy removal and locomotion, besides allowing it to the waterproof, avoiding the appearing of moss and fungus when wet.
  • The bracket structure receives the steel or polyester tape locking horizontally, locking the set and avoiding the glasses from falling down through the tensioning between the sides, being yet the sides provided with lower reinforcement plates which during the bracket lifting allow a better stability in the storage, avoiding the laminate paper duct to move, flambé or open with the weight put on its inner side.
  • The steel tapes which provide the side fastening, have an enormous traction resistance and are used to generate a reaction force contrary to the glass weight during the lifting, consequently increasing the safety coefficient in the lifting, the metallic plate displayed on the lower end of the side ducts perform the function of supporting the glass block weight with an steel tape.
  • Another enormous advantage lies on he mechanical resistance acquired by the profile, this resistance comes from the vertical reinforcements on the lower section which are directly supported on the surface. For being innovating and so far not understood in the technical state it is perfectly suitable within the criteria which define the invention patent. Its claims are as follows.
