- The present invention relates generally to a container, and more particularly to a device, which combines a vertical post and spherical container.
- There are containers with various styles on the market today, and they have been widely used by the consumers. Taking a trash can for example, the trash can has more variety today compared to the traditional style. However, for many events or campaigns that have particular meanings, the design for the existing trash can or other container does not stand out to match the event activities. Taking the trash can placed in the ball court or the container sold by the vendors during the ball games for example, the style of the existing trash can and container does not represent the meaning of this type of activity, which is a flaw that mars perfection.
- Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.
- To this end, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.
- The improved features of the present invention:
- 1. It provides a structure that combines a
vertical post 10 and thehollow spheroid 20, which is a never before seen design that meets the requirement for new patent. - 2. The structure of the standing spherical container can be a trash can or storage can, and it is different from the conventional creativity and presentation of the balls. It can be used in all ball game events and ball courts, which promotes the spirit of the ball games.
- Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

FIG. 12 shows an elevation view of still another embodiment of the ball-like pattern outside the hollow spheroid. - The features and the advantages ofthe present invention will be more readily understood upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1-4 , there is a preferred embodiment of the standing spherical container. - A
post 10 is preset for certain height and has its top as the supportingunit 11, and the bottom is thegrounding unit 12. - A
hollow spheroid 20 is placed on the supportingunit 11 of at the top of thepost 10, and the inside of thehollow spheroid 20 is thehollow space 23, and the outside has the ball-like pattern 24 (it is the soccer ball pattern in this embodiment). Among them, thehollow spheroid 20 is made of theupper spheroid 21 and thelower spheroid 22, and by the combination of theupper spheroid 21 and thelower spheroid 22 open or separate the set. - At least one
movable lid 30 is to be placed on the designated location of theupper spheroid 21 of the hollow spheroid 20 (this embodiment has two sets of movable lid that are placed between the top ofthe upper spheroid). The opening of themovable lid 30 can form an opening for the objects to be placed in the hollow space of the hollow spheroid. - Among them, the
handle 25 can be placed on theupper spheroid 21. - Among them, the part where the upper and
lower spheroid 21 22j oint can be in the form of the structure of theprotruding rim 27 and the groove 28 (as shown inFIG. 4 ). - Among them, the surface where the upper and
lower spheroid 21 22 joint can be a straight line (as shown inFIG. 6 ), and can also be a curve line that matches the ball-like pattern 24 on the outside (as shown inFIG. 7 ). - Among them, the part where the upper and
lower spheroid 21 22 joint can be structure that is connected by arear button 29 on one side. - Among them, the
movable lid 30 can be a lid that is flexible and be restored (as shown inFIG. 5 ), and this embodiment is achieved by using aside pivot 31 of themovable lid 30 for thetorsion spring 32. - Among them, the
post 10 can be a cylinder that has a top and bottom expands gradually, and as for the combination of thepost 10 and thelower spheroid 22, this embodiment has apartition 13 formed in the middle of thepost 10, so that the partition and thelower spheroid 22 has throughholes 130 220, and using along stick 50 that hasscrew thread 51 on both ends of stick, so that the both ends have the throughholes 130 220 mentioned above to go through, and then by locking it withnut 52 to connect thepost 10 and thelower spheroid 22. - Among them, the
hook 231 can be placed on top of thehollow space 23 of thehollow spheroid 20, and by so doing, thebag 40 of thehollow space 23 is fixed, and the bag can be used as garbage bag primarily. - As shown in FIGS. 9 10, which is another embodiment of the standing spherical container of the present invention, and the difference from the embodiment mentioned above is that the
hollow spheroid 20B is designed in one piece instead of dividing it into the upper and lower spheroid; and at least onemovable lid 30B is placed on top of thehollow spheroid 20B, and the opening is formed by opening the movable lid so that the object can be placed in thehollow space 23 of thehollow spheroid 20B. Among them, the part where themovable lid 30B and the top of thehollow spheroid 20B can be a straight linear (as shown inFIG. 9 ), and it can also be the curve line that matches the ball-like pattern 24 on the outside (as shown inFIG. 10 ). As for the structure of thepost 10, it is the same as the structure mentioned above, therefore, it shall not be mentioned again. - Among them, the ball-
like pattern 24 on the outside of thehollow spheroid 20 can be various designs, such as the soccer ball design shown inFIG. 1 of the present invention. The ball-like pattern 24B shown inFIG. 11 is the design of a baseball. The ball-like pattern 24C shown inFIG. 12 is the design of a golf ball.
