Abstract

A tissue paper box with double draw outlets provides two segregated compartments with equal capacity in the existing space of the rectangular tissue paper box, two tear-up oval areas to form each a sealing tag and thus a draw outlet when the sealing tag is torn away being provided on the top of the box disposed each in relation to a deck of tissue paper in the box; two slots being provided in the center of the top of the box respectively for the sealing tags to penetrate through and enter into the box to hold the decks of tissue paper in position for increasing the number of draws and the economic use of the tissue paper.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a tissue paper box with double draw outlets, and more particularly, to one in normal size but containing two decks of smaller tissues to increase number of draws and economic use of tissue paper.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Tissue paper box is very convenient and daily necessity to fetch for personal hygiene or cleaning an object. The tissue paper box of the prior art is usually made in rectangular to contain relatively smaller size of tissue paper. However, it may become a waste for each draw to simply wipe one's mouth or rid off small contamination spots; it is particularly so true as found with those tissue paper boxes served on the table in restaurants or snack houses. Alternatively, dinning napkin in smaller size in small pack is also available but with limited savings in purchase cost. For the 40-raw paper napkin, 48 packs are sold for approximately U.S.$3.5 and 300-draw, equal to seven and half packs, approximately U.S.$0.50 per pack, still presenting a certain gap of costs between the present invention with the same 300-draw capacity (to be described later). Furthermore, the dinning napkin is also found with the following shortcomings:

1. The pack is lightweight and vulnerable to be blown by the air to the ground and gets contaminated.

2. More than one sheet of tissue paper is often drawn at one time resulting in waste.

3. The pack is small and can be “accidentally” taken away by any person.

4. Poor sense of packing quality and poor appearance with its shape being vulnerable to be deformed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a tissue paper box with double draw outlets containing two decks of smaller tissue paper respectively in a compartment inside a conventional paper box so to increase the number of draws and to achieve economy consumption of tissue paper characterized by that: two decks of smaller tissue paper being respectively contained in the existing space inside the conventional paper box; on its top, an oval tear-up area as a sealing tag defined by dotted cut for each deck of tissue paper to form two draw outlets; two slots being provided in the center on the top of the box for the sealing tags to penetrate through and enter into the box to retain each deck of tissue paper in position.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is made of a rectangular paper box ([0015] 1). Two decks of smaller size of tissue paper (2,3) are provided in the existing space inside the box (1). At where corresponding to both the decks of tissue paper (2,3), an oval tear-up area defined by dotted cut (11) is each provided to form a sealing tag (12). A slot (13) is each provided on both sides at the center of the top of the box (1) at where both of said decks of tissue paper (2,3) are separated from each other.
By means of the box ([0016] 1) and both the decks of tissue paper (2,3), both the sealing tabs (12) of the oval tear-up area defined by the dotted cut (11) are to form two draw outlets (14), then the sealing tags (12) are inserted through the corresponding slots (13) and enter into the box (1). The sealing tags (12) separate and retain the two decks of tissue paper (2,3) in position so to prevent either deck from moving around once the other deck is consumed up. With the design of double decks of tissue paper (2,3), a user may draw the tissue paper from either deck so to reduce the consumption of the tissue paper since the paper is in smaller size and to increase the number of draws for economic use of the tissue paper, thus cost saving of the tissue paper. Should each deck contain 150 draws to make a total of 300 draws at a cost of approximately U.S.$0.23 compared to same 300-draw, equal to 7 and half packs of the prior art of dinning napkin sold at approximately U.S.$0.43, a significant cost saving is achieved by the present invention.
Now referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 for another preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein, a single draw outlet ([0017] 43) in oval shape is made out of a sealing tag (42) formed by dotted cut (41) on the top of a tissue paper box (4) at where in corresponding to the two decks of tissue paper (2,3) contained inside the box (4). Once the sealing tag (42) is torn away, it is further broken into two pieces with each to be inserted into a matching slot (44) provided in the center of the top of the box (4) at where separates the two decks of tissue paper (2,3) to respectively hold the two decks of tissue paper (2,3) in position, thus to achieve the purposes of increasing the number of draws and saving the consumption of the tissue paper.
Furthermore, the tissue paper box may be made of hard material, e.g. acrylic, plastic, stainless steel or wood in a configuration as illustrated in FIG. 5. Similarly, the two decks of tissue paper ([0018] 2,3) are contained inside a box (5). Two draw outlets (51) are respectively made integrated with the box (5) and a slot (52) to receive a partitioning board (53) to retain both the decks of tissue paper (2,3) is provided in the center on the top of the box (5) at where separates both said decks of tissue paper (2,3).
The present invention when compared to the prior art offers the following advantages: [0019]
[0020] 1. When the present invention is used to contain dinning napkin, it significantly reduces the consumption of plastic packing materials, thus an impressive reduction of plastic refuses for environmental purpose.
[0021] 2. Whereas the tissue paper box generally available in the market contains 70-130 draws, or may be as less as below 70-80 draws if used as a gift at a gas station. The reduction of draws of paper tissue means increased consumption of tissue paper box, resulting in increased refuses and waste of resources. When one 300-draws of the present invention is consumed, three or four convention tissue paper boxes have been thrown away.
With the same number of draws to achieve the same cleaning purpose, the pulp required for the tissue paper contained in the present invention is only half of that of the traditional tissue paper. Therefore, if 100 trees must be cut down for making the tissue paper contained in the prior art of tissue paper box, its takes on 50 trees for the present invention. It tells quite obvious about the economy of resources achieved by the present invention. Besides, the volume of refuses produced by the present invention is only half of that by the conventional tissue paper. As described above, disposal of one tissue paper of the present invention means three or four conventional tissue paper box have been disposed of. [0022]
Therefore, in terms of resource waste and resultant refuses, the conventional tissue paper box causes three to four folds serious problems than the present invention has caused. [0023]
The present invention by containing two decks of smaller tissue paper in a conventional rectangular box and by providing two draw outlets on the top of the box for each deck of tissue paper to allow the user to fetch from either outlet, thus to increase the number of draws and save the consumption of tissue paper, is innovative and practical in use to achieve significant improvement over the conventional tissue paper box. Claims

I Claim,

1. A tissue paper box with two draw outlets characterized by that:

said box containing two decks of tissue paper of smaller size, and two draw outlets corresponding to said two decks of tissue paper being provided on a top of said box to increase the number of draws and to save consumption of tissue paper.

2. A tissue paper box with two draw outlets as claimed in claim 1, wherein, said box is made of paper with said two draw outlets each in oval tear-up area defined by dotted cut to form a sealing tag to be torn away if use is desired.

3. A tissue paper box with two draw outlets as claimed in claim 1, wherein, a slot corresponding to each said deck of tissue paper is provided in a center on the top of said box at where separates two decks of tissue paper to allow said sealing tags to penetrate through and enter into said box to retain both said decks of tissue paper in position.
