target member 10 includes afront plate 15, arear board 16, twofilms 17 disposed between theplate 15 and theboard 16, and a partition or aspacer panel 18 disposed between thefilms 17. Fourfasteners 23 are secured to the corners of theplate 15 and theboard 16 and thefilms 17 and thepanel 18 for securing theplate 15 and theboard 16 and thefilms 17 and thepanel 18 together. Thefasteners 23 each includes anorifice 26 formed therein for threading thecables 24 and for allowing thetarget member 10 to be solidly secured to theframe 30. Thefront plate 15 includes acenter portion 12 and one or more 13, 14 formed around theconcentric ring portions center portion 12 thereof and separated bynonconductive ring elements 11. Thecenter portion 12 and the 13, 14 of thering portions plate 15 are preferably applied with different colors. - The
films 17 each includes an electric conductive circuit ormember 170 disposed in the center portion thereof corresponding to thecenter portion 12 of theplate 15, and each includes one or more concentric ring-shaped conductive circuit ormembers 171 formed around the centerconductive member 170 and separated bymargins 173 that have no conductive members provided therein. The ring-shapedconductive members 171 are located corresponding to the 13, 14 of thering portions plate 15. Thespacer panel 18 includes a number of holes oropenings 181 formed therein and provided between the 170, 171 of theconductive members films 17 for allowing the 170, 171 of theconductive members films 17 to be contacted with each other when aball 70, 80 (FIGS. 3, 5) hits onto thetarget member 10. Thering elements 11 are engaged in themargins 173 of thefilm 17 for separating the 170, 171 of theconductive members film 17 that is located close to theplate 15 from each other and for preventing the 170, 171 of theconductive members front film 17 from being contacted with each other. - The
