Having described the invention, I claim:

1. A hobby horse comprising a member in the form of a horse and having a chamber, a supporting post extending into the chamber, a base for said post, a pivot between the memberand the post whereby said member may have rocking motion on the post, a leaf springfixed to the post and extending upwardly in the chamber, spaced members located in the chamber and engagement'therewith and secured to the meni-v ber. i

A hobby horse comprising a member in the form of a horseand having a chamber, a supporting post extending into the chamber, a base for said post, apivot between the member and the post whereby said member may have rocking 1 motion on the post, a leaf spring fixed to the post, spaced members receiving the leaf spring and secured to the member, a ball journaledto said membergavtail secured to the ball, stirrups yieldably connected to the member, and flexible means connecting the stirrups toopposite sides ofthe'ball.
