In a shoe form, the combination of ahollow toe part having an inwardly extending flange at the bottom thereof, a member secured to said toe part within the same and eX- tending rearwardly therefrom, said member being flexible and'of such length as to engage substantially from the top tothe bottom of theheel portionof'the upper of a shoe in which the form is placed whereby said member is caused to bulge upwardly and forwardly to engage a cross strap of the shoe, said member comprising a strip of sheet celluloid of substantially U-shape enclosing a flexible metallic wire to which it is secured at its ends. In a shoe form, the combination of a flexible toe part having an inwardly eXtending flange at the bottom thereof, a toggle connecting the opposite side portions of said flange, a member operatively connected with within said toe part, said member being flexible and of such length as to engage substantially from the top to the bottom of the heel portion of the upper of a shoe in which the form is placed whereby said member is caused to bulge upwardly and forwardly to engage a cross strap of the shoe, and means for limiting the forward movement of the operative vconnection between said member and toggle.
