of the'tipofthetoe part15l" Afiexible 156m; 1 What 1.61am is flange, a member operatively connected with said toggle and extending rearwardly from within said toe part, said member being flexible and of such length as to permit its free end portion to engage substantially from the top to the bottom of the heel portion of the upper of a shoe in which the form is placed whereby the intermediate portion .of said member is caused to bulge upwardly and forwardly to engage a cross strap of the shoe.

2. In a shoe form, the combination of ahollow toe part having an inwardly extending flange at the bottom thereof, a member secured to said toe part within the same and eX- tending rearwardly therefrom, said member being flexible and'of such length as to engage substantially from the top tothe bottom of theheel portionof'the upper of a shoe in which the form is placed whereby said member is caused to bulge upwardly and forwardly to engage a cross strap of the shoe, said member comprising a strip of sheet celluloid of substantially U-shape enclosing a flexible metallic wire to which it is secured at its ends. In a shoe form, the combination of a flexible toe part having an inwardly eXtending flange at the bottom thereof, a toggle connecting the opposite side portions of said flange, a member operatively connected with within said toe part, said member being flexible and of such length as to engage substantially from the top to the bottom of the heel portion of the upper of a shoe in which the form is placed whereby said member is caused to bulge upwardly and forwardly to engage a cross strap of the shoe, and means for limiting the forward movement of the operative vconnection between said member and toggle.

In a shoe form, the combination of a hollow flexible toe part having an inwardly ex tending flange at the bottom thereof, a toggle connecting the opposite side portions of said flange, a connection with said toggle extending forwardly therefrom into said toe part, a member extending rearwardly from said connection, said member being flexible and of such length astoengage substantially from the bottom to the top of the heel portion of the upper of a shoe in which the form is placedwhereby said member is caused to bulge upwardly and forwardly to engage a cross strap of the shoe, said connection havingan inwardly bent rear end adapted to engage said toggle.
