The invention is defined and pointed out in the claims. A structure which is a preferred embodiment of my invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing, in which:

In the embodying of my invention illustrated in the drawing, numeral 1 indicates a rectangular blank of fabric of turkish toweling or similar material having semi-circular central neck recess 2 in the top thereof, and cuts 3, 3 extending inwardly from the sides and parallel with the top edge to provide'shoulder flaps 4; 4 and side members or panels 5, 5 on opposite sides of the blank. The back corner 6 of each shoulder flap is arranged in overlapping relation to the upper back corner 7 of each side panel, as best illustrated by Figs. 3 and 4, and sewed thereto, as.

a fabric suchas turkish toweling or the like, any suitable material may be used.

I have illustrated and described my improvements in an embodiment which I have found very practical. I have not attempted to illustrate or 0 describe other embodiments or adaptations, as it is believed this disclosure will .enable those skilled in the art to embody or adapt my improvements as may be desired.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is:

1. A bib comprising a blanket fabric such as turkish toweling having a central neck recess at the top thereof and cuts extending inwardly from the sides in substantially spaced relation to and parallel with the top edge to provide shoulder flaps and side panels at opposite sides of the blank, means securing the back corner of each shoulder flap to the upper back comer of each side panel to provide arm holes and sleeves or shoulder members, and binding tape on the garment at the edge of said neck recess and terminating in tie straps.

2. A bib comprising a, blank having a central .80 neck recess at the top edge thereof and cuts extending inwardly from the side edges in substantially spaced relation to provide shoulder flaps and side panels at opposite sides 'ofthe blank, means securing the outer back corner of each shoulder flap to the upper. back corner of each side panel to provide arm holes and sleeves or shoulder members, and means for releasably connecting together the inner back corners of said shoulder flaps at the neck recess.

3. A bib comprising-a blank having a central neck recess at the top thereof and opposed recesses extending inwardly from the side edges to provide a shoulder flap and a side panel at each side of the blank, means securing the outer back corner of each shoulder flap to the upper back corner of each side panel to provide arm holes, and binding tape on the garment at the edge of said neck' recess and terminating in tie straps.
