A device of the class described comprising a member adapted to be mounted on a gunWa-le and including a pair of portions having oppositely disposed grooves, a member hingedly mounted to the first mentioned memberV and having a stud adapted to be disposed between said grooved portion, and an oar lock sivivelly mounted on the stud and having projections receivable in the groove. 2.
