Even though we have herein shown and described the preferred embodiment of our invention, it is to be understood that the same is susceptible to changes fully comprehended by the spirit of the invention as herein described, and the scope of the appended claims.

Having thus described our invention, what we wish to claim as new is p 1. In a device of the class described, a portable container "having a relatively "broad bottom and a narrow top, the walls of said container at the top merging into a tubular neck extending longitudinally of the-container, said neck being closed at one end and opened at its opposite end, and the side walls of said container curving inwardly and upwardly from the bottom to the top.

In a device of the character described, a container having a relatively broad bottom and a narrow top, the side walls of said container curving inwardly and upwardly from the bottom to the top, said side walls at their top merging :into a longitudinally merging into an elongated tubular neck inclining rearwardly from one end wall to the other, said neck being open at one end and closed at its opposite end, the bottom wall of said container being provided with a drain outlet, and a plug normally closing said outlet opening.
