A device of the character described comprisingl a body formed Vwith pockets opening through its sides, a head open at its upper end, a lid movable intorand out of closing relation to the upper endV of said head, a neck extending downwardly from said head and fitting about the upper end of said body, strips extending downwardly from said neck and secured against said body in covering relation to the pockets and formed with openings registering with the pockets, and closures for the pockets hinged to said strips and movable into and out of closing relation to the openings formed therein.
