A clamping bar 18 is 'pivoted at' 19 to the locking` lever 1li and at 2O to a link 21, which is pivotally connected at 22 tothe locking lever 15. Thesleeve 12 is providedwith a handle 23 and the sleeve ,-18 is provided with a handle 2li, the handles being` rigid with their respective sleeves. lThe levers lala-nd 15 are each provided with an upper and lower f y verse movementV when placed into contact cam tace which projects through slots 25 and 26 in the respective sleeve 12 and 13 into position to engaoo the smooth surfaces of the uprights 10 and 11. Springs 27 and 28 normallyv hold the levers 11i and 15 with their lowerl bearing faces in contact with the uprights.
