In a, leaf-turning guide, a plurality of leaves or the like having notches in the edges thereof, said notches being of substantially the-same size and arranged in two major 3 groups out of alignment with each other transversely of the leaves, the notches of each major group being in alignment trensversely of the leaves, and being divided into minor groups separated by a plurality of leaves belonging to the other major group.
