1. The combination ot an envelope with detachable flaps extending snbstantially the :tnll length of the envelope con'iprisinp; a strip forming the baclr, narrow longitudinal grinnined strips on either side thereo'l a longitndinally aligned strip bearing indicia markings and blank lines and :toldcd over the baclrstrip and fastened to the gnnnincd strips to form an envelo 'ie and an opposite lonpitndinally aligned strip bearing identical indicia markings and blanl; lines positioned to overlie the first mentioned aligned strip to permit of recording matter in duplicate on the last mentioned strip and on the envelope body, a row oit perforations-3 in said last mentioned strip to permit of tearing sarne oil, and a short gunnned llap adjacent said row of perforations to permit o'l? sealinp; the envelope and its contents and also recording the data regarding the transaction on the body oil the envelope.
