A further object of the invention is to provide in a mannerashereinafter set forth, a safety financial certificate having means to prevent the possession thereof by anyone unless such possession is obtained'legally, so that during the transfer of the stock certiiicate, bonds or otherl financial papers by mail or express, ifthey are stolen, itv would be impossible to dispose of the same from a financial standpoint, under such conditions preventing an unauthorized person from realizing anything of value thereon.
Further objcts of the invention are to provide, in a manner as hereinafter set forth, .a safety financial certificate which is simple in its construction and varrangement,- compact, thoroughly efficient in its use, and comparativelyinexpensive to manufacture.
With the4 foregoing and other objects in view, the invention consists in theV novel construction, combination and arragenient of parts as `hereinafter more specifically described and illustrated in the accompanying` drawings', wherein is shown an embodiment of the invention, but it is to be understood that changes, variations and modifications can be resorted to which fall within the scope of the claims hereunto appended.
