In a machine of the class described, a moving tool, an oscillating tool holder, a. tool on said holder, an electric unit on the holder inconvenientheat conducting relation to said tool, and a conducting lead for said unit comprising a spiral spring extending between said oscillating holderand an heat conducting relation to said tool upon said holder, a portion of said holder extending into close juxtaposition with the fixed frame of the machine, and a spiral spring under compression having a substantially straight axis with one end mounted onthe frame and the other mounted upon the holder at these points respectively, for conducting electric energy to the unit.
