' Having fully described my invention I claim:
1. In a device of the type set forth the combination of a pair of hangers, a cross-bar supported at their lower ends, a stem movable through the cross bar between the hangers, a sleeve having a bearing against the upper end of the stem and terminating short of the cross bar, a helical expansion spring exerting its thrust against the cross bar and the end of the sleeve. the stem having below the cross bar a collar which engages the cross bar to limit the upward movement of the stem and having an eye below said colla r. a pin fitted in said eye, and hook-supporting links hung from saidpin.
2.
