To all whom it may concern:
Bc it known that I, LUGJA. Oononmcznx, a.. subject. of Galicje Poland, residing at Scranton, in the county of Lackawanna, State of Pennsylvania, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Aviators Savers, of which the following is ai s ecificnt-ion.
' his invention relates to certain new and useful improvement-s in saving the 'aviators in event of falling.
The primary object of the invention is that when put on before going up, in case of any event or injury7 of any kind to the aeroplane, While it is in the air the aviator drops down and throu rh the avia-tors saver is protected from cath.
It will be understood that while the in vention is rimarily' designed for aeroplancs it ls also adaptable for balloons, etc.

While the form of the invention herrin shown and described is what is believed to be the preferred e'mlxidiment thereof. it is nevertheless to be undeietood that various forms, modifications and arrangements of the parts muy be made Without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as claimed.

1. A life saving garment for aviators, comprising a. body band of a length extending from the chest down to the hips and open from top to bottom, means for fastening the band about the. body, a. pliant skirt like extension securedat its upper edge to the lower part of the band, a series of tension cordsattached to the bottom of the extension andfheving ankle straps for att-achment to the Wearers ankles, and tension cords attached to the u. per part of the band and securedto a. arno ute.
