To all whom it may concern. I Be it known that I, SILAS M. FORD, a citi- -zen of the United States, and a resident. of V St. Paul, in the county of Ramsey and State have invented certain new and useful Im roveinents in Machines for Making Lathoard. of which the following is a specification.

and the slots are thereby disengaged with the wires which at this time are firmly re inforced by the paper through. which the wires have been forced.
With the construction shown in, Figs- 1, '52-, 3 and 4, the guide wires would pass through the rolls and slats used in the forming of the dove-tailed lath-board, and the thread ing means in the same manner as airs-any de scribed in my copending application aforsaid.
With the construction as shown, thtiguides 4 run entirely through the forn lng and narrowed socia threading portion of the maciine, and I prefer to have the uides narrowedat the mute in the forming machine where the orrning of the lath-hoard is changed from a corru ated to adoiretailed shape, so that while t e lathboard fits the guides closely in itscorrugated shape, it will also fit the 7 guides closely in its dove-tailed shape. 7
WVhile I have describe i invention and illustrated it in one particu ar design, I do not wish it understood-that 1 limit myself to this construction, as is evident that the application of my hire on may hevaricd in many ways within tlije scope of the followinIg claims: i

'n a machine for making lath-board, the combination of a pair of corrugating rolls whereby material may be formed into a corrugated shape, a pair of rocker bars associated therewith, and means for osciliating said rocker bars so that the sides .of the corrugated. form may he struck alternateiy thereby, thus forcing said'corrugated agape formed by said rolls into a". dove-tailed s ape. m 2. In a machine for inakin lath-board, the combination of a' pair or corrugating rolls whereby material may be formed into a corr'u ated shape, a pair of rocker bars as therewith, means for oscillntin said rocker bars so that the sides of the corrugated form may be struck alteniateiy thereby, thus forcing said corrugated shapes formed by said rolls into a dove-tailed shape and squeeze rolls associated therewith for the rearward and forward edges of the other i of said sets oi faces respectively.
4. In a machine for making lath-hoard, the combination of pair of corrugatlng rolls, a pair of rocker bars associated thereev with, a pair of squeeze rolls, stripper guides for carrying the material from said corru; gating rolls through said rocker bars and said squeeze rolls, said stripper guides being narrowed where they pass through said rocker imrs.
