To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Gnome A. 'As shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3, the capping is provided with-a number of fastening clips 6, disposer: at intervals on the capping. These clips are preferably made of flexible sheet metal.
They have flexible end pieces 7, 7, which may be distorted, so as to engage with the side flanges 3, 3, of the molding. Theclips may be secured to the capping 4, by means capping and clips before the latter are dis torted. Fig. 2 shows the same parts, with the clips distorted to finalshape. The ends 7, .7, are bent around the side flanges 3, 3, drawing the flanges 5, 5, grooves 2, 2, and holding the capping in place. These clips will not only hold the capping. in place, but will support the weight of the wires contained within the molding.
Figs. 4 and 5 illustrate a modification in which the clips are integrally formed at 9, 9, with the capping. The capping should then be made of some distorteble materiel.

The clips 6 are loosely applied to the capping, and are not secured thereto, but so ported by their engagement with the mol mg. 1
Having now described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
1. A metal molding, having side flanges and edge grooves, the sides of the grooves being substantially parallel to the side flanges ofthe molding, in combination with a metal capping, having flanges which enter and lie within the edge grooves of the molding, and fastening means for engaging the J cappingwith the molding.
2-. A metal molding, having integral side flanges and edge grooves, the sides of the grooves being substantially parallel to the side flanges of the molding, in combination with a metal capping, having flanges which enter and lie within the edge grooves of the .molding, and fastening means, distortable after the capping is in place, to hold the latter in engagement with the molding.
