combination with the cylinder and piston, of a head mounted to slide vlongitudinally with respect to said cylinder, a grasping handle siviveled upon said head, a longitudinally slidable throttle valve under the control of said sliding head, laterally extending means to conduct pressure-Huid toward said throt-'L tle valve, and a laterally extending grasping handle 'for turning said cylinder with respect to first-mentioned grasping handle, the second mentioned grasping handle being provided with apressure-fluid supply pasf sage leading toward said throttle valve.
