The present embodiment of the invention comprises a belt 1 of suitable material, as for instance, leather, cloth, or the like, .having at one end a buckle 2, and at the other a series of openings 3, vfor engagement by the tongue of the buckle tofpermit4 the belt to be -plaeedaround the waist of the wearer.
The holderp'roperis a. strip 4 of rubber or the like, of suitable' Weight, width, and length, and the ends of the stripare reinforced as 4, straps 6v of elastic upper-face of the strip elastic rubberiare material, as for instance,
\ arranged transversely of the strip 4, the ends to the upper of the straps 6, being secured face f the sheet 4, as indicated at means of cement, or the like. V
The straps 6 are of such length that their ends will be flush' with the side edges of the strip 4, while the 'central portion of the said straps will be spaced slightly away from the face of the strip 4. 4
The belt 1 is provided with tabs 8 near its ends, the vsaid tabs being secured at their belt by stitching aS indiprovided with'one of the `sections 10 of a snap fastener, such forinstance, as are used on gloves'.
Each of the tabs 8 is near the adjacent endA of the stra-p, and intermediate the ends -of the strap other tabs 11 are arranged, the said tabs being secured to the-belt at their upper ends as indicated at 12, either by stitching or in any other suitable ordesired manner.

Tapes 15 are secured to the endsr of the strip'4 between the fastener sections 14, and the said tapes are of suiiicient lengthto tie over the ends of a folded vnapkin 16 tohold the same in place. The napkin 16 is arranged as shown in Fig. 1', being folded longitudinally to lie upon the upper face of the lstrip 4, and the ends of the napkin are place. Thestraps G'actf as an auxiliary holding means to prevent displacementeof the napkin.
