Abstract
Canned meat with mushroom sauce contains blanched liver, mushrooms, fried onions, table salt and spices. A finely dispersed mushroom cryopuree is used as mushroom raw material and further comprises a pig fat, roasted carrots, powdered milk, sugar, phytoextracts of natural spices (black pepper, cloves) in the form of a water-alcohol solution in a 1: 1 ratio containing solids of 3,5-3,8%, broth or water.
