A fractal-lythocomplex for water treatment comprises a thin-layer sump, a filter with a granular filter layer, a pipeline to feed water for treatment and the said pipeline is hydraulically connected with the thin-layer sump, a pipeline to discharge the treated water and the said pipeline is hydraulically connected with the filter, besides an additional pit-structure LITHOS-28 for pre-filtering water through a granular-sand bed in which at least one service and one water-intake wells are located, and also is additionally equipped with a phytosorption system GELIOBIOPLATO-85 with landed hygrophilous trees and/or bushes and/or higher water plants-macrophytes, at that a pipeline for feeding water into the thin-layer sump is hydraulically connected to the said system, and via the water-intake wells the said system is hydraulically connected with the pit-structure LITHOS-28 for pre-filtering water through a granular-sand bed that is activated by catholyte taken from a cathode zone of a separate membrane cell, at that the service well is made as a vertical aeroreactor-column and/or a hydrocyclone with an ejector-confuser and water aerosol generator that are connected with the aeroreactor-column.
