The present invention concerns a threaded cap 3 comprising a threaded undercap 4 and an overcap 6 coaxial and integral therewith and external thereto so as to define a pocket 7 which houses, movable in the longitudinal direction, a moving element 5 comprising an upper portion 8 and a lower portion 9 substantially aligned in the longitudinal direction and joined together by a weakened line 10, before initial opening.
