Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, в частности, к конструкциям магнитных муфт с постоянными магнитами, предназначенных для бесконтактной передачи вращательного момента от одного вала к другому. Магнитная муфта имеет внутреннюю и внешнюю цилиндрические полумуфты, каждая из которых имеет магнитопровод с радиально намагниченными постоянными магнитами полярности, которая чередуется, разделенные тонкостенным герметичным экраном из немагнитного материала, на каждой из полумуфт между магнитными полюсами установлено четное количество постоянных магнитов полярности, которая чередуется, и намагниченных в тангенциальном направлении, на торцевых частях каждой полумуфты установлено четное количество постоянных магнитов полярности, которая чередуется, намагниченных в осевом направлении.
