Abstract

The invention relates to communication equipment. A microwave polarization selector comprises: a casing and a detachable shielding cover, which are at least metalized inside; three-sectional comprising a square first chamber with an input/output aperture, a rectangular quarter-wave transformer and a rectangular second chamber with a back wall, single dielectric substrate which is fixed on the flat portion of casing and serves as a base for conductor strips and electronic components of a receiver and/or transmitter of orthogonally polarized waves; and planar probes in the form of metalized projections of the metallic substrate which are incorporated to the first and second chambers of the metallic waveguide. A duplex transceiver comprises a parabolic antenna and an emitter attached to the selector casing on the side of metal waveguide aperture. The invention provides lowering power losses and increasing reliability.
