Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к способу производства углеводородов, преимущественно топлива для двигателя внутреннего сгорания, с применением угля или метана в качестве сырья. В зависимости от сырья их подвергают реакции газификации и/или риформингу и/или реакции сдвига водяного газа, который образует синтез-газ, обогащенный диоксидом углерода или водородом, а не монооксидом углерода и водородом, как при традиционном способе. Диоксид углерода и водород комбинируют в реакции Фишера-Тропша для производства нужных углеводородов и воды. Расходы энергии реакции газификации/риформинга для производства синтез-газа, обогащенного диоксидом углерода и водородом, значительно меньшие, чем потребности энергии реакции газификации/риформинга для производства традиционного синтез-газа, обогащенного монооксидом углерода. Такое снижение расхода энергии значительно уменьшает количество диоксида углерода, выпущенного в атмосферу, по сравнению с традиционными способами, которые основаны на синтез-газе, обогащенном монооксидом углерода. Обогащенный СО2 синтез-газ, которые не прореагировал, можно рециркулировать или можно применять в топливных элементах с расплавленным карбонатом или для образования энергии или пара в турбинных способах, таких как IGCC.
