Abstract

Способ изготовления тонкой литой стальной ленты с уменьшенными проявлениями вздутий включает: монтаж пары литейных валков, расположенных друг напротив друга для образования зазора между ними; приготовление расплавленной стали, содержащей, мас. %: углерод в пределах от 0,01 до 0,3, марганец в пределах от 0,1 до 0,8, кремний в пределах от 0,05 до 0,5, кальций в пределах от 0,0008 до 0,004, алюминий в пределах от 0,0002 до 0,05 и свободный кислород менее 0,005 при температуре 1600 °C; образование литейной ванны с расплавленной стали, поддерживающие на литейных поверхностях литейных валков над зазором; и вращение литейных валков в противоположных направлениях, что вызывает выход отлитой тонкой ленты вниз из зазора.
