Abstract
An invention relates to the industry of building materials. A process comprises mxing of ionized water with binder and filler. As the ionized water the ionized mine water is used, as binder – gypsum and ground slag with a grinding fineness S=(2800-3200)sm2/g, and as filler – wastes of steelmaking production.
