Abstract

The invention relates to heat-power engineering and can be used in gas-consuming water heating boiler installations. The heating-water converter plant comprises a water heating boiler unit connected with gas duct to chimney through includes in sequence gas cooler, heat recovery unit and smoke exhauster. The boiler unit is connected top consumer of heat with supply pipeline and back pipeline with network pump with formation of water circulation circuit of heat supply system equipped with re-circulation pipeline with re-circulation pump and bypass pipeline with control valve. |Installation is equipped with gas heater placed in the gas duct between the heat recovery unit and the smoke exhauster, gas cooler is included to circulation pipeline between the re-circulation pump and back pipeline, input of the heat recovery unit is connected to the back pipeline between the place of connection of the bypass pipeline and boiler unit, output of the heat recovery unit is connected with connecting pipeline to supply pipeline between the boiler unit and the place of connection of re-circulation pipeline, input of the gas heater is connected to connecting pipeline between the heat recovery unit and supply pipeline, and output – to the back pipeline on suction side of the network pump. The invention provides decrease of losses of thermal energy for drying outflow gases, decrease of consumption of electric energy for drive of the re-circulation pump and increase of thermal effectiveness of the installation.
