Abstract
The invention relates to a monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to an amyloid-beta peptide (Aβ-peptide) – 6G antibody, a polynucleotide encoding the antibody, a vector, a host cell, a method of producing the antibody. The invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody and to use of thereof for producing medicament for prevention, treatment, inhibition and postponement of progression of disease associated with Aβ-peptide, in particular for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
