Abstract
A method for combustion of solid fuel includes supply of fuel and air to burning zone, discharge of furnace gases to atmosphere through a heat exchanger and solid residues to ash collector. In the burning zone one preliminarily forms a burning layer, fuel with air is supplied from the top downward, with formation in the combustion chamber of excess pressure, gaseous and solid combustion products are removed from the burning zone through fire grate to ashpit, then the gaseous combustion products are removed to the heat exchanger. A device for combustion of solid fuel has a tank for solid fuel with a device for supply of air and fuel to the furnace, a furnace that consists of combustion chamber, a heat exchange chamber with a heat exchanger connected to chimney, ashpit with ash collector. The combustion chamber has channels for supply of fuel and air in the floor section and fire grate in the bottom section, combustion chamber is placed with a circular gap in the ashpit connected to the heat exchange chamber. The technical result is in increase of efficiency of burning of solid fuel while reducing ash content and toxicity of utilized furnace gases.
