Abstract

The invention relates toinorganic chemistry and can be used for practical use in manufacturing of middle-temperature convertors of heat-energy to electric energy. A method for manufacturing thermoelectric material based on thallium thetratiostannates (I) TlSnS, which comprises monocrystalls growing. Monocrystalls are grown from non-stoichiometric charge (TlS)(SnS)using method directed crystallization of Bridgman. The use of the invention allows obtaining thermoelectric material with enhanced coefficient of thermocouple factor of quality.
