Abstract

A grain combined harvester for harvesting standing crops comprises a platform mounted frontally on a self-propelled frame with a ear-straw mass separator, a transverse screw and a longitudinal conveyer for delivering the separated mass to the axial threshing-separating unit made as a rotor mounted inside of a cylindrical case, equipped with the following elements arranged in series: gripping blades, threshing beaters and separating plates. The rotor of the separating unit is equipped with additional plates of preliminary free grain separation disposed in front of the threshing beaters. The case is perforated in the area of preliminary separation.
