Abstract

The invention relates to devices for electric energy generation and can be used in different industries required in new and effective energy sources.As material for solid-electrolytic energy sources a super ionic ceramic based on monocrystalline copper iodid-pentatiophosphate CuPSI is used. An advantage of super ionic ceramic based on monocrystalline copper iodide-pentatiophosphate CuPSI is in following: having the similar manufacturability, simplicity and ion conductivity in comparison to thereof prototype, super ionic ceramic is characterized by higher value of ion conductivity; as a result, it serves as the best material for a solid-electrolytic energy source.
